Extremely hard, uncomfortable bed. I ended up lying on a line of pillows to relive the backache. Hard beds seem common in Italy this trip - maybe new mattresses since Covid.

Very nice spa facilities, though we did not know they would be restricted to a 2-hour window when we booked. Enjoyed them briefly a couple of times. Staff were lovely, parking was available, view was nice.

the following may be due to unfortunate season period, but.. wellness centre only partially working, no jacuzzi. Number of spa beds insufficient for 4 couples. Broken and missing parts inside and around the main pool. Rooms furniture and interior design feels old. Also little lack of maintenance somewhat. May suggest a little refresh. Bar, which also serves breakfast room in the morning, is very poorly stocked, absolutely not inviting, and kept dark in a way that feels gloomy.

Breakfast was rich and varied, room was quite big with pleasant landscape over hills and mountains and very clean. Staff was friendly.

Great location, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. We were travelling with a 14 months old and everyone from the staff was very nice and keen to accommodate any requests we had. Nice breakfast! Highly recommended!!

Some furniture in the room was a bit old, the hotel is quite far from the center of Urbino (although, during the day, there is a bus stop very close to the hotel)

Nothing critical, just a few little pointers... Wasn't sure if water was free, despite the aforementioned clear emails and a late check in time I was booked into the spa at a time I couldn't make (though it was changed!), it's fine for a stopover but it's starting to feel a little bit like it could do with a refresh - we had discounts which made it ok but I wouldn't have wanted to pay full price

The price was much too hight compared to the other rooms in the region we have rented. The cost for the entrance to the swimmingpool was 25 Euro for 2 hours. You can't use the swimmingpool only, you must pay for the spa entrance in order to use the swimmingpool, which is a little bit ridiculous.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good.

The SPA staff was not speaking English which was a bit confusing, but we still managed to understand each other.

The room was clean and well equipped, the bed was huge and so comfortable! Breakfast service was top notch, the staff was very nice, helpful and fast. And the food was amazing, a lot of variety at any time. The restaurant was also very good, especially the pizza is worth recommending. I am going to come back there if I’m in the area again!

air-conditioning doesn't work. Windows are hard to open and once you manage , otherwise you suffocate, it gets noisy ( parking side) early in the morning, and you have too much daylight as well everything is a bit date and not of great taste.

The hotel is situated in one of the prettiest old towns of Italy . Unfortunately not internationally known to lot of people . Hotel is good for short stay . What I liked the most was the owner was looking at small details for making her guests special .

The room was very noisy and not in perfect conditions (see photos: broken chair, shutter and floor, stained bath tube). It was possible to hear the vibrating telephone of the neighbours. During the night there were hours of strong switch clicking noises like if some electric device was started and turned off. The staff didn't help.
