Location... it’s in the middle of an industrial park! 30-40 mins walk to Brindisi

Free parking and close to the airport made it convenient for a one night stop over after a late night arrival, before we continued our journey the day after

It would have been perfect if there had been tea and coffee facilities in our room.

The location was even nearer to the port than we realised so, excellent . The room was a good size, the staff very friendly and helpful and the evening meal and breakfast were very good indeed.

Despite appearing on the map to be very close to the airport and therefore a good place to stay if arriving late at night it was difficult to find.

the extremely helpful desk staff. Keeping the kitchen open to serve me a meal after my late arrival.

a 4 stars hotel should serve in breakfast vegetables', choice of cheeses and something better than cold boiled egg. By the way - the hotel is located out of Brindisi in the backyard of the port to far to walk to the centro

The location was in the industrial area, not a pretty view, so if you don't have a car it's not possible to go to the centre, the port and the airport without a taxi. The busses were not available before 8:45 and after 20:30. Also the walking distance is about 30-40 minutes away to the port, where all the restaurants and the people are. The breakfast is really poor and it is from 7:30-9:30. If you go at 8:30 for example, there is almost nothing left and they don't bring more for the people who arrive later, even if it's asked. The beds and pillows were really hard and uncomfortable, that depends on the person though.

The shower massage was a great add. The room was really clean and the cleaning lady was always bringing new toiletteries and shampoos. Staff kind and keen to help you.

I really am not sure if this is a 4 star hotel. First, it's about 40min to walk to the old town/ 15-20€ with taxi. It's also situated in the industrial area, near a noisy factory. The breakfast was not really impressive. Rooms ok, but with kind of an old/outdated design. The "hidromasage shower" had tiny nozzels which gave a pretty painful waterjet and the water was constantly changing from hot to cold.

Staff was nice and cleaning was done right.

While the hotel is not far from the center of Brindisi, it is in an industrial area and was a little hard to find using our GPS. There is not much right around the hotel. It's sort of an oasis amid warehouses and industrial yards.

The hotel is attractive and they take care of the facilities. Everything worked well, the steam shower was a big plus. Mostly, the staff was so courteous and helpful. It's true that the hotel is not "in" Brindisi, but you get a beautiful view of Brindisi, since it is just across the water. A taxi ride is 5 minutes across the bridge and you are there. The staff set up the taxi for us. They also arranged for an early breakfast for us because we had to leave at 5am for our flight. He made us cappuccinos and served us wonderful pastries. It all felt special and much more than I expected for such an inexpensive room.
