The interior design was beautifully classic and charming. The staff were exceptional, all helpful and cheerful. The room was spectacular with 3 terraces letting in beautiful sun light through out the day. We received complimentary sweets upon check in and were upgraded to a higher category room. Such a nice touch from the hotel. Breakfast selection was healthy and exceptional.

The hotel staff are exceptional. We received a very friendly and competent greeting at the reception upon arrival. Everything was ready for us and the room was very comfortable. We dined at the hotel and were very happy with the professional/friendly service from the waiter. The breakfast buffet provides an extensive selection, but special requests can also be made.

The breakfast was good, it was a buffet, in similiar hotels we have been offered alacarte at no extra charge. That would have been the icing on what was a great experience.

The only small comment was the delay in getting eggs (fried or poached) for breakfast.

Loved the location and decor and surroundings of the property, everything was first class. The staff couldn’t do enough and we’re so accommodating to all our requests. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to spend a fees days of quality time in Florence. We’ll be back

There wasn’t anything we disliked, and we were not planning to dine in a he hotel, but possibly if the menu had a few plainer options we might have been tempted.?

We chose the hotel because it looked exactly as described- small with luxury . We were not disappointed. It was a little out of the way from the main sightseeing places to visit in Firenze, but this had the advantage of being away from the clamour, traffic & throng. We had a “family” room, which was actually two separate double/ twin rooms each with its own bathroom. This suited our group of four down to the ground. Very comfortable, the staff were most helpful, and the garden was a lovely venue for breakfast.

Its not to do with the hotel but if you need to charge an electric car it is tricky in the area as there is only 1 public charger near the hotel

if you book the prestige suite, ask for the green one, they have a suite that is all red on red and is very creepy

From the second we arrived until we left the staff could not do enough for us, it was genuine hospitality and not forced, the cleanliness in all areas was spot on, Milika who looked after our room was amazing, the little things she did in the bathroom was lovely, nothing was too much for anyone and you will 100% be seeing us again and we can’t wait to stay in your Rome Hotel, thank you again all so very much, Mat, Ronnie and Liz ;)
