The breakfast was really good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The waitress in the restaurant was amazing and also the older waiter. The pool was pretty good. The room was very nice with a great view.

The staff could not speak English, which is a bare minimum in this times. There was an karate event during our stay with a lot of kids who made a lot of noise in the evening and night. This could be monitored a bit closer.

Although we didn't book a room with a view on the sea, we did get a room with magnificent seaview. That was really great. The room itself was old but good. The cleaning lady was very friendly!

It's not that I didn't like something, I had to stay there for one night only and I had a room with a lovely view and for the money I paid it was the best of choices. However, the hotel needs heavy refurbishment as the communal area looks really old and worn out and the furniture in the rooms looks old, too. But other than that, it was clean and cool and with a lovely view!

Big four star hotel, spacious rooms, lovely flooring and tiles, clean room and bathroom, spacious shower cubicle, clean white towels and bedsheets, amazing views if you get a room with sea view, plenty of choice for breakfast, polite and helpful staff, AC working as intended.

Breakfast was the worst i ever had. Boiled eggs were rotten and bread was tougher than plastic. No fresh stuff like tomatoes or cucumber or any other local fresh ingredients. The staff in morning restaurant was really bad aswell, after i gave him the rotten egg he didn’t remove any other eggs from the table but left em to next visitors. I really liked the hotel but the breakfast was horror. i suggest to improve that part of your hotel and people will come visit the hotel for sure!

Totally different kind of hotel. room was ok and the view from the window was nice aswell. Very friendly staff in reception and no extra cost for the dog or parking the car what was nice surprise beside other Hotels.

Reception spoke no English, and while we do speak Italian as second and third languages, she made no effort to slow her speaking so we could understand her dialect. Our kids' room had holes in the walls and their nightstand gadget did not work to bring the blinds up. To their credit, the staff changed their room. The rooms were horribly outdated, with lumpy pillows and mattresses. Overall, this was a bad experience and our group of 8 was glad we only had a 1 night stopover stay and could not wait to leave.

The downstairs of this hotel needs a good revamp. It tired looking (shabby in places) and dated. The restaurant food during evening was poor to say the least. Any italian/calabrian person would shudder at what was served to us. Poor show of what glorious food is available in the region

The bedrooms are excellent, spacious and clean. Delightful, comfortable stay.

Water of the shower first came out yellow. General cleanliness of the hotel is questionable. Breakfast buffet was pretty much empty when we came downstairs, flies on the remainings, and no refill could be made when asked. The staff was generally indifferent.
