Rooms and beds may be a bit small

Breakfast is rich. It's quiet here and the service is very good. What I am most satisfied with is the balcony, where you can enjoy the sunset.

The quilt can be better.

The room is very quiet as it’s originated to the inner courtyard, despite that it is very near the station. The receptionist is very kind and helpful. Equipments are convenient.

Airconditioning was verry dirty and almost broken but it works. Also the toilet make some noise when you sit on it. And the location to find the hotel the first day was not easy because it's not on the streetvieuw.

Staff was really Friendly and helpfull !! Tram just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast could have had more types. The price should have been a little bit lower.

The woman who prepared breakfast was so lovely she helped us. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check in time. 24 hours reception is an advantage because we arrived at 20 pm and we were able to late check-in.

It's very difficult to find the hotel although you are nearby, it's not like any other hotel with main enterence. There is very small board "Hotel Arcadia" on the wall which can't be seen easily. Very complicated to reach on the second floor to reception desk. There is no day light in the room and it's very small.

Location is good. Breakfast is ok.

It states there is a bar but there isn’t. We got bitten quite a lot by mosquitoes in the room, could see it was an issue as marks on the wall where they had been squished!

The blankets were not very clean and the bathroom had some mold. However, the sheets and towels were clean.

The bathroom is not so well planed. For example, the shelf for storing shampoo and bath soap is outside the shower stall and out of reach

The building is dated but was comfortable enough for a short sightseeing stay. A fair bit of train noise but you have to expect that if you want to be close to the station.

Close to the station. Breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful and we were able to leave our bags after check out. Building security is good and there is a lift. It was not too far to walk to most main attractions.

If you have lots of luggage, you will need to go up a flight of stairs before being able to use the elevator that takes you to the hotel. The location also feels empty when you are walking back from the city. No tourists walking around. The train station steps fill with many young locals who are drinking or doing drugs. Not the hotels' fault, but something to take into consideration if you are planning on staying out late and then walking back to the hotel.

The served a pretty normal continental breakfast. This would include pastries, boiled eggs and coffee. The location allows you to walk to the tourist locations in Florence. Very close to the train station which connects you to Rome or Florence. The rooms were comfortable to sleep in.

there was no tissue. there was no water which normally every hotel gives as a complimentary no water kettle

No long mirror & lack of hangers. The second night after a day outing, we returned to the hotel & had a bad surprise - our room door was wide open! I reported to the night reception who said he will review the camera & let us know what happened. But we never got any reply. Luckily, nothing was stolen!

Convenient to walk to the Santa Maria Novella train station & the City Center of Florence where all the main attractions are. Breakfasts were included which was nice. Room was spacious.

The way the shower cubicle opens makes it difficult to go down the elevated step. One can easily slip and stumble. Also, we would have appreciated if the room had tea/coffee making facilities

It is forbidden to drive into the street in front of the hotel - you get a penalty of 90 EUR if you fail to comply. This is easy to overlook though. Cameras automatically register your vehicle!!
