It is not that I didn't like, I just want to give the advice. The hotel would bloom with just a bit of refurbishing. Only replacing the old carpet would help. You can see the hotel is quite clean, but the fact everything is a bit older makes it impossible to get this really clean feeling.

Hotel is located perfectly! You are like 5min by foot from Santa Maria Novella, amazing. The staff is very pleasant and everyone is so professional. The hotel is very clean really. Breakfast is moderate, you have both croissants but the egs as well. In the night it's quiet, and rooms are well isolated.

Very close to the property you have to walk past a different train station and there are about 60-100 people standing out there at night making you feel very unsafe and uncomfortable like if they wanted to swarm you, it would 100% not end up well for you. I had to do a detour every time I wanted to walk towards sightseeing or the Mercado.

Very helpful staff. Very very helpful. Very basic room. Loved that the little fridge had a small freezer compartment since I always need to freeze an ice pack for medication. Breakfast that was included was basic but really tasty and fulfilled what you needed. The train to the airport is literally almost just across the street from it. The main train station to other cities 100m away. I believe there was a Hertz right next door to it.

Noise. Not street noise, as our room was not street side. You hear a lot of building noise throughout the night. Bring earplugs.

Location. Next to the train station and not too far from city center. There is enough space in the room for your stuff. Good water pressure in the shower. Very clean. Air con worked very well. Liked the roll down shutters. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast isn’t special, but decent and enough to carry you to lunch. Tram 2 stop directly in front of hotel to take you to the airport. Service to airport begins at 05:00. We travelled by train, so it was very convenient to be near the train station.

a little hard to find.. no big street sign, we walked pass the entrance twice.. entrance feels old and more like an apartment entrance.

location, surprised it was mostly quiet since we were right on the main road, we had more noise from our neighbours than the street. walking distance to main rail station and everywhere we wanted to visit.

It was difficult to find, room is very dated and small. Coming back in the night was not the greatest because the lighting is motion-activated and sometimes it took longer than expected to get them to turn on.

The staff were great and the breakfast was pretty good. It is not far from the train station and within walking distance to all main attractions.

Emanuel was brilliant. The bathroom needs attention as it had a very strong mould smell ... had to keep bathroom door closed so the smell didn't come onto main living area. It seriously detracted from an otherwise great stay

Only thing would have been a clearer sign noting hotel location. We had street address but it was hard to find entrance.

Location from the railway station was approximately 10 minutes walk. Although it is not quite clear where the entrance to the hotel was, we had to ask for assistance to find it. A sign on the outside street would help. However, we were greeted warmly once we arrived. We had a decent sized room & spacious bathroom & the bed was comfortable. Breakfast consisted of a nice selection of continental foods.

There was a very bizarre smell in the room

Staff was very supportive, giving all immediately all the requested information through mail even before arrival . Breakfast was correct and sufficient. With different types of freshly baked croissants every morning.

I think that is a good place but the staff is not friendly, When we left the hotel we were charged taxes that were not included in the booking price and the receptionist was very aggressive with his explanation, saying that he did not care what booking said, that they were the hotel and we should pay, it was not a good experience.

We were given a free upgrade with a balcony on arrival which was very nice of the man on reception! Very helpful aswell, comfortable stay and great location, only 5mins from the station.
