We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaBreakfast was bad. Every day there were cold eggs, cheese, sausage, meat. There were croissants and some two pies and yogurt. The assortment did not change. There were no vegetables. Although we had paid for breakfast for 4 days, we only got breakfast for two days. Breakfast was from 7.30 One day we had to leave the hotel early to catch the bus. We went down for breakfast at 7.15, but we were not allowed to have breakfast, because breakfast starts at 7.30. Although the food was already assembled. On the fourth morning, we had to go to the airport very early, we asked the host for the opportunity to drink at least coffee in the morning. He agreed. There was an employee nearby who overheard this conversation, but in the morning the employee immediately took us out of the hotel and did not offer us coffee. The window of the room was facing the terrace of the neighboring restaurant. One night I couldn't sleep because the restaurant patrons on the terrace were disturbing me.
Very convenient location. A bus stop is right next to the hotel, from where you can easily get to Venice. Opposite the hotel is a shop where you can buy travel tickets. The rooms were clean, washed every day. Soap, hair dryer, towels are available.

Very friendly and nice receptionist. The bedroom and bathrom are big enough and it was all perfectly clean. Breakfast on the buffet was pretty good and enough to choose from - even if there is nothing special compared to some other B&B locations. Coffee was served on order, for free. A private parking lot, which is included, is directly behind the house. Round about 10-15 minutes by car to go to Venice (parking Tronchetto). In total a very good hotel for a good price.
