My double bed was two sigle beds just placed in one bed frame, not good for a couple!

The room was a little bit small for three beds and three persons. There were no place to charge mobile phones beside the beds, only behind the TV.

Location was very good. Walking distance from most of important venues. Very quiet environment. The Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was fair.

You can hear some noises from other rooms, off course it is old building, because of that sound isolation can not be possible, I am not to sure.

Really minimal thing, but I have to use a breathing device and there was no wall outlet next to the double bed. Also, the ONE experience I would offer my guests as a host anywhere in Italy is REAL Italian coffee, not from a machine. But it's not like you can't come by it.

The room and the linen were clean, the beds and the shower were good . Also, coffee at breakfast was decent as was the breakfast itself. That's really all I need.

I didn't like that the single room was too small, but that's the size of the room, so you can't make that better. Bit stingy with the toiletries replacing.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. It was more than just a coffee and croissant. The location was good. The room was small, even though I was travelling alone.

It is an old hotel, the refrigerator was so noisy, we had to unplug it.

The room's width wasn't ideal, but nothing to complain about for me.

The staff were Awesome, Zaid, Rami and Luna (I think?) were just great, friendly and top notch. Had the pleasure of talking to Zaid and Rami multiple times. The room is clean and tidy. A good enough breakfast to start your day with. Good location, most main attractions are within 15 minutes by foot, close to supermarkets and good restaurants, enjoyed the location overall.

i prefer the breakfast should not to be included the price of the room.it is should be optional. the sink in the bathroom is really to small and not convinines. the air condition is ok. because it is jewish area they can put kosher food at the breakfast. or offer kosher meal for those who are want to.

The shower hoses were leaking in the bathrooms, and wooden doors creaked badly in both rooms we had.

The rooms need an update. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was really hot in the breakfast room,no air conditioning working.

Little bit worn out, needs serious refurbishing, room floor had a carpet that looked like it wasn’t cleaned from hotel’s opening. Sink was clogged, towels were not clean as they should be.

Nothing to be honest, all was great in my point of view

Room was super cozy yet the bathroom had really good room! There was also a mini fridge which helped a lot with having leftovers from any food i ate. Breakfast was simple but really nice! All the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly & helpful also communication was really easy to do in english with everyone. Ramy was the highlight every morning, extremely helpful, generous and lovely to talk with. Definitely staying there again whenever i come back to florence. Also the location is perfect walking distance to almost everywhere you wanna get to.

It was a little pricy, but this is expected for Florence. Given the free breakfast (which is a huge money saver) and the wonderful location, I think it's worth the price.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on! The mini fridge was very useful for storing fruits, water and sandwich ingredients (there's a supermarket 2 minutes away with lovely stuff for a cheap picnic). The location was very safe and quiet, great for those who worry about walking around at night. There are two kosher restaurants next to the hotel, one of which is vegetarian and very well-priced. There are also some lovely vintage shops within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, I recommend Hotel Arizona and can't wait to go back!
