The location, because it was next to the main train station and that was convenient to go to the airport.

We had an excellent stay.

The location is unbeatable and near Termini central station with some excellent restaurants nearby. Monica in reception is exceptional and a great asset to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice and plenty of quality and quantity on offer. The rooms were spotless and maintained well throughout our stay. We will absolutely be back again.

The hotel was great. The service staff was great. The front desk was very helpful and very nice.

Some of the food was cold each day. Room was great. Need a grab bar in the showers.

The insulation was not great, so that the room was a bit cold (there were a couple of unusually cold days); the lack of an enclosure for the tub/shower meant each shower ended in a mess on the floor of the bathroom

Being an older hotel, there were few electric outlets and no USB ports. I had to buy an adapter to charge our phones. The one I bought was defective but the front desk attendant was kind enough to let me borrow one.

This was a stylish and well-maintained hotel. I felt like we had gone back in time about 60 years. The room felt elegant. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection of items.

Heating was not sufficient. They improved it as requested and it got a bit better but bathroom was still cold.

The elevator is small.

Great Location to the Main Train station, Roma Termini. There is a train direct to airport from the terminal. Breakfast had good choices. Our room was a good size and clean. The hotel decor is very nice.

a little old school but mostly very noisy, both because of the traffic outside (major artery with a team as well as a lot of car traffic) + very noisy internal ventilation system

The wifi generally didn’t seem to work, or at least in our room. We had to rely on our 4G. The hotel was overpriced, and wouldn’t have paid that other than we had an early train.

A convenient hotel in an attractive Art Deco style connected to the Mediterraneano next door. The bedroom was roomy and comfortable and the public rooms were striking. We enjoyed the roof bar next door. It won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but we liked the hotel. Breakfast was generous and of good quality.

A nice hotel with extremely pleasant and accommodating staff. Great attention is paid to cleanliness, which is visible in all areas, from the entrance hall, corridor, elevator, staircase to the rooms. A large selection of food at breakfast.

The location is close the train station, which is very convenient, but it can mean additional vigilance at times when walking.

The hotel is very close to Termini station which connects airport to city center. There are lots of restaurants with different type of Italian foods. You can easily walk around to find all places that you already marked to visit. I also have to mention about the staff, they're very friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded without even asking. If you're one of those people who need breakfast to fire the engine, you won't be disappointed.

If your room faces out onto the road, you will have a cool balcony but you will also have the inevitable street noise of this very busy neighbourhood. The soundproofing to other rooms could also be better

the hairdryer stops every 2mins. no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towel. iron is not allowed.

The cut off of the electricity in my daughter room for more than 24 hours was tiring for them, especially with the hot climate in Rome without air conditioning.

The receptionist madame on 15 July was formidable
