Very authentic hotel in a historical location close to all main sites. Superb value for money

Our a/c didn’t work the first night, but they offered to bring a fan. They replaced the entire unit the next day. They even called back the following day to ensure it was working properly (it was).

We stayed in the Barocco guest house. We had a lovely room with a king sized bed and a large bathroom with separate shower, tub and toilet room. Our air conditioner didn’t work the first night but they made sure it was repaired ASAP.

Room was quite small, no area to sit in.

The location is brilliant, just a short walk to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, good selection to choose from and tasty. Staff all very friendly and helpful

The room was wonderful, comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom was very nice even though it lacked shelving to put your belongings on. The breakfast was exemplary!! The location could simply not be better being so close to a subway stop!!

This is a charming hotel right in the heart of Rome. Although facing a busy square once inside one feels very cosy and at home. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we had one issue in the room which was dealt with promptly and pleasantly. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the convenient location, close to Trevi Fountain, Barberini Palace Gallery, Barberini Metro and a few buses all within easy walking distance. It’s a boutique, stylish hotel with the friendliest caring staff. the breakfast is sumptuous and varied. Our room was cozy but very comfy bed and large modern bathroom. we were on the 6th floor which was so quiet and peaceful with a silent elevator to take us up and down

Rooms were not very soundproofed. Could hear noise from outside and inside. However, you expect some noise by being in the middle of a city. Maybe the doors inside hotel could be upgraded and fitted better without gaps to reduce internal noise from other guests and staff.

All staff at the hotel are polite, friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. This boutique hotel is very clean and tastefully decorated. Location of the hotel is perfect next to metro barberini and also walking distance to the trevi fountain and many restaurants and shops nearby.

We'd be hard pressed to find something we didn't like about this hotel. It is a city, therefore, there is some noise from the street at night if you sleep with the window open. However, inside we never heard any noise from other rooms.

From arrival until departure our stay at this boutique hotel was exceptional. The front staff, concierge was thoroughly informative and accommodating. They answered our many questions and suggested a good local restaurant we enjoyed twice. We had a scheduling conflict and asked if someone could pick up our Papal audience tickets, which they did! The breakfast host was wonderful, fun and tolerated our attempt at Italian and of course the breakfast itself was terrific. The bar was cozy and the barman charming. Of course, our room was always perfectly made up when we returned from a long day of seeing the city...and we found the beds to be ultra comfortable. Our lovely room had a balcony that overlooked the street and we had a view of a magnificent Bernini fountain in the piazza. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

I didn't like leaving 😕

I liked everything from the first minute I put my foot in till the moment I get in the taxi out. Receptionists were professional and room was extra clean and cozy ,bead extra comfortable, the view as i needed exactly, and breakfast my important meal was at that level there, 👌
