Hospitality of all hotel staff was really nice, and kind. For dinner, we visited the restaurant nearby where hotel staff told us, and that restaurant was really nice!

Air con didn't work. When I informed reception they were aware but just told me to open the outdoor window. As it wad late at night and I was on the ground floor it didn't feel paticularly safe.

Bathroom was no so clean, room was noisy and had a dated interior. Breakfast selection was wide but quality of products not so good unfortunately.

It would be nice to have tea and coffee available in the room. They did supply a fridge with free water which was appreciated.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient and reliable. The hotel receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

No connecting room available for big family of 6.

Its good for short stay and the hotel is having shuttle to airport. £5 per adult. Children is free. Quite environment and free smooking room.

Would have been better had the bathroom been spacious. The WC is placed in a very narrow position making it very uncomfortable. The only big minus!!

Smelly old airport shuttle. The were renovating, so, no coffee in the loby or anywhere in the hotel between meals.

The room was very nice with fab. bathroom. Very full, good breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice coffee shops and pizzas nearby.

No snacks in the mini fridge, no restaurant within the hotel and no open restaurants at proximity for late check-ins.

Limited restaurant options in the vicinity. Lift from basement carpark to lobby was out of order.

Family room with decent size. Enough space to repack luggage. Easy access to Malpensa airport. Breakfast was included, however not used due to early departure.

A cattler in the room and slippers would be expected in a 4* hotel. This would definitely be a good add-on in the future.

A very small shower cabin. The heating in the room was turned off in December. We had to turn on the heating ourselves and wait for the room to warm up. The heating system is very noisy and does not heat well. We booked 3 non-smoking rooms. But one room turned out to be very smoky, it was difficult to breathe. The breakfast room is located on the -1 basement level without windows. The choice of breakfast products is very limited. There is no feeling that this is a 4 star hotel.

Its only 5 km from airport but Taxi's will charge you 25 Euro. Uber was showing 40€ almost.

These would rather be my wishes for improving the accommodation and organizing the transfer: there are few sockets for connecting to electricity, I couldn’t find the reception number on social networks, it would be convenient for guests from other countries to contact the hotel.

I liked the efficiency of the staff in organizing transfers from the airport and back to the airport for 5 euros per person. A very comfortable place to relax before and after the flight, very clean, comfortable bed and a bath.

Hotel bus driver not friendly. Eratic driver.

Great manager, very accommodating. After a long flight (arrived at 8am), able to check in to our room early. Lifesaver travelling with a toddler!
