The spa was expensive for what it was. We didn't attempt the treatments.

Breakfast was really good. Delicious blood orange juice and the scrambled eggs! The room was comfortable and clean. Central position of the hotel, close to bars, restaurants, bistros. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The views from the restaurant on the 5th floor were great.

You have to pay extra to use the spa pool - €25 plus €10 to hire a robe & slippers (you can keep the slippers).

Terrific hotel. We had a big stylish room with lovely high ceilings. We also had a large bathroom with a separate spa bath and walk-in shower. Breakfast is served up in the 5th floor restaurant. Great views. It was al a carte but with no limit on what you could order. The bread/pastries were particularly good. Lovely piano bar next to reception. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful.

You cannot use the spa without a bathrobe so you have to rent it for 5€. You can't bring a towel.

The environment was very noisy. An information sheet regarding the times for breakfast, checkout and SPA use would be nice. The WLAN Password was written down in capital letters , lowercass letters are correct.

For Breakfast I was served exceptionally attentive and friendly, that not only the ambiance was perfect. The Stay in the SPA was really an enrichement for me and overall I fehlt very comfortable. Thank you to everyone who ensures that the Hotel in a well-maintained condition.

There was nothing specific that I didn't like, the hotel met my expectations and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel was very central, only a short walk from the train station which was really convenient. They had excellent facilities, and although I never used the spa the pool and colour therapy pools looked very popular. The breakfast was wonderful, good selection of food and lovely staff.

Fantastic location in Montecatini, 5 blocks from the train station and two from the main street. Great hotel and spa, clean rooms, nice bathroom and AC. An amazing view from the restaurant, buffet breakfast included and the staff brings it directly to your table so you don’t have to leave your group and just relax.

The breakfast was excellent. Location of hotel is very fine. A lot of restaurants and bars near the hotel. Room was clean and charming. Parking fee is 15EUR for day. I can recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very warm. The air conditioner was working but very low. The rooms, lobby and breakfast area were very warm.

The Breakfast is wonderful! Full breakfast with all the fixings! The hotel is clean. Rooms are clean and towels are fresh. Internet works well. The hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants night club, Boutiques and more. Hotel Staff is friendly.

On reception not so good experience since they forgot to make reservation for garage and just told there is no space without offering solution. After arguing with them finally someone polite offered solution. Garage is extremely small and hard to park your car. Across the street is disco on a terrace so very loud music till 23 - 23.30h (sometimes longer).

Room is nice, big one and clean so plus for people who clean rooms. Big plus for waiters in restaurant Ivan and Jerome (from Philippines), really friendly and helpful so they increased rates for this hotel.
