the smell from the bathroom was very off putting and the walls in the room were very dirty covered in footprints , a coating of paint would resolve this, elevator was tiny but interesting 😂 no hot food at breakfast but still a decent breakfast in a nice room

I liked the staff who were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was okay- nicely presented but could of been more variety, room was with a big comfy bed, the location is excellent

Breakfast on the first morning was an absolute shambles. Plenty of food but no bowls or cups. It seemed the usual staff member was off and the replacement couldn’t cope. It was unfortunately a very bad first impression of the hotel, but the Problem was resolved other mornings with a different staff member who was very organised, and the breakfast was excellent - Thank you Michael.

Loved the central location between the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain. All of central Rome within walking distance. Spoilt for choice for restaurants.

Tiny elevator is for one person and a couple bags only, otherwise enjoy the cool spiral staircase!

Very nice breakfast downstairs with meat/cheese cold cuts and large toaster to make grilled sandwiches, pastries, fruits, hard boiled eggs, coffee and juice. Best internet connection with no restrictions for streaming. Rooms and bathrooms are small, as expected when traveling Europe, and it is a bit off the beaten path. But that makes it quiet! And still close enough to various restaurants.

Maybe the coffee could be better...

Everybody told me that in Italy all you get for breakfast is a croissant and a coffee. But I had a lot of good food at Concordia for breakfast: different types of bread, a lot of fruits, and the dessert was absolutely delicious (cake with cream amd cherry). The bed was very very comfortable.

The economy room is super small, but we didn't mind it as much as it was kind of dirty. The walls were disgusting, a fresh paint is more then necessary. The floor is dirty as well. The duvet didn't had a removable cover, just a sheet under it, and they only changed the sheet when cleaning, so I guess it was used more times before us. And one more thing, the walls are paper thin, so in the morning you can hear the cleaning ladies as if they are cleaning your room when they are somewhere else instead, and in the night you can hear all the guests on your floor. Definitely not a good value for the money.

The location is amazing, 5 minutes walk to Fontana di Trevi and even less to Spanish steps. There is a taxi stand as well, and two metro stations. The staff was kind and helpfull, and breakfast was decent.

The room needed repainted as some of the walls had a lot of suitcase mark's on them. But it wouldn't put me off staying here again.

Breakfast on the terrace was amazing! We looked forward to going there every morning! The hotel was comfortable and the staff very friendly. The location was excellent as we were so close to both the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. We'd definitely stay here again.

The elevator is way too small. It can accommodate only one person and one bag. It goes only up to the fifth floor. So for breakfast you have to use a staircase l, which was difficult for me with an injured ankle and for my my elderly mom who has knee issues. The bed pretty much took up the whole room space. Since the room was not a rectangle the bed did not fit properly. Iwas extremely difficult to get to the other side of the bed. We had to just get on it from its foot and then slide towards the headboard. The day-time manager was very helpful as opposed to the night-manager. During our trip we stayed at many hotels, and at most places the staff offered to help us with our luggage, which did not happen with the nighttime manager.

The hotel is very close to the Spanish steps (about 5 mins walk). The hop-on hop-off bus stop is also very close. You can easily walk to the pantheon and some other attractions.. so basically the location is good. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. They serve it on the 6th floor tarrace. It's a wonderful spread consisting of different breads, snacks, fresh fruit, muesli, bruschetta, cheese, and meat slices. The barista gets you your preferred coffee (espresso or any which way you like it). The main road is very close where you can catch buses to travel around the city.

Breakfast was pretty simple - but for the price that you're paying for the room, it probably could have been better. Some of the food could be quite dry and not chilled, but generally was okay.

Lovely hotel and staff were really nice. It's quite central to most historical sites, particularly Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain - staff are great at phoning for taxis and they come pretty quick (just make sure they're using a meter!). Rooms are quite small (but that's expected in the city),very clean which was very important for me! The breakfast area on the terrace is lovely, nice views.

while the bathroom looked good, it was difficult to use the shower without flooding the entire room. The shower was a bathtub retrofitted with a folding glass enclosure that was difficult to get in and out of ( I would call it dangerous for some people) and difficult to maneuver without having the water flood out of the cracks between the folding glass enclosure. we had a triple which meant a bed (comfortable) folded down and left zero room to put luggage or walk

nice staff, clean room, clean and comfortable bedding, location was great as it is walkable from Termini train station and then to all the central locations such as Spanish Steps

I missed the fact that Tea and coffee was not provided in the rooms and not available at the hotel once breakfast was finished. The terrace is closed after breakfast which is a shame because it would be a lovely area to relax, read a book and have a coffee. The rooms were small and basic which was OK for us, we didn't mind, but the decor could be improved. White walls full of scuff marks even foot prints! Stained carpets. Other than that clean and in good order, bathrooms very clean which is important to us. We were on floor 5 so lots of steps to walk up. A lift is available but only for 1 person or 2 small!

Beautiful terrace on which continental breakfast was provided, good selection of breakfast just as long as your not one of those people who insist on a traditional English breakfast fry up as this is not available. Fantastic location a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain which really comes alive at night and also only 10 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps. If you like walking all of the famous landmarks can be reached within 40 minutes. If walking isn't your thing then hop on the open top bus at the Trevi region to be taken to all of the famous landmarks in one giant circle. It's quite nice to sit on top deck and do the entire route and relax whilst taking in the sights.
