The hotel was lovely, staff were amazing, food was excellent, room was clean and spacious with a fantastic view, the shuttle bus was very convenient and made the hotel location excellent

Hotel Cristina is a hidden gem overlooking Sorrento. It was just a walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but secluded enough to be relaxing and quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. The food was delicious. We loved the complimentary breakfast each morning. Dinner in the restaurant was outstanding. Most of all, the views were spectacular! Our balcony overlooked the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. It was a simply wonderful place to stay!

A bit far out but if you want the high uninterrupted view it’s perfect.

We were very disappointed to discover the pool was not up and running as I am a keen swimmer and was looking forward to going into the pool during my stay

As always the staff in the hotel are just wonderful which really made our holiday special! Francesco and Alphonso were so attentive as indeed were all the staff! The views were spectacular and the room was spacious and exceptionally cleaned daily

Bed was uncomfortable

Lovely view and outlook from our terrace. Very helpful and friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Wait staff were very attentive and it was a pleasure to have cocktails and dine on the restaurant terrace.

The room could have been updated a little and if the pool was heated, that would have been a major plus.

We loved the location and the free shuttle service into town. We also loved the views from our room and from other parts of the property. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Just the coffee at breakfast not so good for our taste..😊 And also the water at the lobby,we are ashamed to get because there is a notice at the elevator to buy their tumbler to get free water..free water on the lobby would be perfect..😊

The view And all ,good food at the restaurant for dinner..the owner and staff are all nice..they meet our needs esp.the kettle in the room because we have health issues and we need hot water at night..also no problem for transportation they have a shuttle..

Beautiful location, views were amazing. We parked our hire car and then caught the courtesy shuttle bus from the hotel down to the town centre whenever we needed to go. These were very frequent right up to late at night. We ended up eating at the hotel all three nights as the food was so good. My room was amazing along with the fantastic views from the terrace, and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and will definitely come again.

Hotel was really lovely. Staff were excellent and they were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I have dietary requirements and this was no problem at all. Loads of little terraces and places to sit and enjoy the sun and the spectacular views. Hotel was spotless and room was cleaned every day with a midweek complete bed change. Pool towels provided Shuttle bus from hotel into sorrento took 5 minutes and we used it every day.. If walking up from St Agnello there's a steep hill. We didn't find it too bad but not suitable if you have mobility problems. Small fridge in room. We asked for tea making facilities in the room and this was provided no problem.

The temperature of the pool was not great. Although, this is the standard for all hotel pools in Sorrento, and it was fine once you were completely in. Tea and coffee facilities would be a plus.

The breakfast was good with lots of choice. Dinner in the restaurant was pleasant. Loved the view from our hotel room & the room itself was comfortable and clean. The shuttle bus was needed for the trip to the Sorrento Centre. The pool was nice with a pretty, decorative surrounding.
