Hotel is very close to Termini and other attractions, also on the doorstep of the Santa Maria Maggiore. It had all the necesities I required. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff

More warnings than problems - there were no issues during my stay: bathroom is very small, so may be an issue for taller, larger guests. The towels are of the cotton bedsheet variety which was a first for me, but as the bathroom was so warm and cosy they did the job. Would've been nice if the curtains in top floor breakfast room were opened for the view - even though it was January it was a gorgeous sunny day. The lift is a wonderful curiosity, but one person can barely fit in it, so couples beware.

Great location between Termini station and the Colosseum. Friendly staff, and charming decor for the budget. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The single room is excellent value and more spacious that you would expect in a prime location. Reasonably priced mini-bar. Breakfast is included and is excellent by Italian standards - continental offerings (bread, cheeses, eggs, meats) as well as the usual coffee, cakes and pastries. Would definitely choose again if returning to Rome.

I had requested a lower level room as my husband is disabled.. the man we met at reception when we checked it was quite rude ...we were placed on the 4th floor ..even though there is a lift it really only can accommodate 1 person

Location ideal ...walking distance to all the major sites colosseum trevi fountain ..Pantheon...The termini is a 5 minute walk from the hotel where u can get a bus to the Vatican and the Airport .Nice lady serving breakfast each morning.

Room big enough, good location and very helpful staff. If you want to sleep a little longer, the mornings are a little noisy. A rumor from the corridor is heard through the door. But it is not very troublesome. Nice breakfast.

We had a small dissagremment with the receptionist(via e-mail) before going because he was claimed that we did not had breakfast included in the price (even if we had paid for that through booking.com). Finally me and me girlfriend took it.

The room was cosy, comfortable , very(!) clean and hot (if you travel in winter). The staff was very polite and the breakfast in roof garden was fantastic (for a 3 stars hotel). Croisants , sandwiches, yogurt , corn flakes, cakes, eggs , orange juice, milk , cappucino. It is 2-3 minutes on foot from metro-bus-train station Termini and 1 minute from metro station Vitorio Emmanuele. 10 minutes on foot from colosseo and 20-25 minutes from the center. I definatelly reccomend this hotel. Thanks for the amazing accommodation you offered to us.

Traffic noise from our bedroom at the front of the hotel.

Very good breakfast from the roof top terrace with great views, friendly staff, very close to bars, restaurants, walking distance to most historic sights and close to the termini rail station.

small rooms, on booking it said there was a bar and laundry for extra pay and that was not so. The cab that the hotel ordered for us to leave did not know that Alitalia had all flights both national and international flights from terminal 1 and even when I told him that, he took us to terminal 3.

The hotel is on a busy street and noisy all night. The room was small, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower was tiny, weak and not temperature controlled. Bizarrely the hotel switches off the air conditioning during the day to save electricity, making the room unbearably hot - it goes off at 7am and if you are not out of your room by 8am you boil alive. This place makes a backpacker hostel look good. We moved to another hotel, despite sacrificing prepaid nights. It was the right decision.

location was great, staff very friendly and accommodating. Only 1 English speaking channel (CNN). No breakfast varieties, expect the same every day. (Only Italian breakfast and it is not bad). Extremely tiny elevator to the extent that we preferred the taking the steps to our room. Old hotel (as most of Rome buildings) I believe no other hotel would be much newer. Rooms are not big enough.

Location. (Excellent and probably that's what keeping this hotel alive). Wi-Fi. You won't need more if your visit purpose is sightseeing, you won't be staying in the room that much anyway.
