Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t welcome us any more . We would like to thank Roxanne in particular for making our stay most memorable as the trip was for my partner’s 30th. She went above and beyond, and we were both made up with this.

The only downside is the lift. It only caters for one person but for us this wasn’t a problem!
We had a lovely stay here! For a city hotel, we had a decent size room which was very comfortable and clean. The staff were all lovely, especially Jonathan who was very helpful

Everything was satisfactory thanks to the friendliness of the staff. Among them, the person I am most thankful for is Roxana. thanks for you !!! Since it was our honeymoon, we were given welcome champagne, the accommodation was clean, and we could enjoy the night view from the rooftop. There was a famous cathedral in front of the hotel and it was close to the Colosseum, so it was a great location for travelers to stay.

Really loved this hotel, its charm, the staff and the room itself. All neatly packaged without compromising quality. The room was opulent and comfy. There was a good range of food at breakfast & the staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The location was great too, just a short walk from the main terminal station. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

I didnt like smell in the room - not fresh, air condition didnt help. Breakfast was fair.
Good location, you can actually see Rome by walking. There is also a Metro station very close, also main bus/train is just few minutes away. People were very kind and polite. We had a room of 18m2 and it is enough for 2.

The lift was way too small even for a single person
Mr.Joseph at the reception was very warm and helpful. Helped us with everything. The hotel was 5 mins walk from Rome main Terminal and near main tourist areas.

Very nice experience. The breakfast until 10.30 its perfect. The reseptionist Joseph is very good guy and very helpful. The elevator is small but very funny and it was not a problem for us. The housekeeping is good and the room is very clean. The bathroom is big and nice too.

An absolute beauty right in the heart of the city, very close to the Termini. The sweet woman at the reception was kind enough to upgrade our room. When I mentioned that we’d come for our honeymoon, they even sent a bottle of wine. Really grand gesture. The rooms were very classy and neatly kept. We had the best Italian breakfast here in our entire 1 week vacation.

Room floor was a bit dirty, and the 2 single beds we asked for were stuck together, so basically it was a double bed instead of 2 separated singles.
Staff was really friendly and helpful, let us leave our bags at the hotel before and after checkin while we explored the city.

The cafè is a bit small but overall everything has been fantastic!
The staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped us with all our enquiries, always with a smile! They made us feel very welcome and gave us great suggestions for vegan restaurants and the cafè went the extra mile to cater for our breakfast.
