Reception not open all the time so can be a little tricky to get in without help but they send you very detailed instructions which is amazing

Napoli wasn’t what I was expecting so the area looked very rough on the outside at first but ended up loving it. Very secure with big gates to go through. Lovely staff and they speak good English.

Depending on the age of visitors this hotel sometimes can be very noisy in late night hours (guests it their early twenties).

Located in a historical part of old Naples very close to all attractions in that part of the city - that is a very big plus for this hotel. The nearest metro station is about 10 minutes walking distance. Rooms are small, not much cosy but they really care about cleanliness. Not for those looking for comfort and luxury while travelling but this property is definitely for those who want to feel the vibrant street atmosphere while staying in the heart of this beautiful city.

Very noisy in the evenings as near the university students. No WiFi in the apartment. Poor mobile phone signal.

Difficult to find as through a gated area, parking in the suggested car park was an experience (I've never left my keys with a multi storey car park attendant before). The streets surrounding the hotel were all cobbled and in very bad repair - not suitable for a wheelchair user

Shower was a bit small and the water kept leaking out.

Close walking distance to main shopping strip. Also liked the security to enter the building. We were provided with complimentary wine which is a nice touch. Also had great wifi.

Not clean enough, towels weren’t changed on 3 days long trip they just folded and put back. I saw a lot of hair on the floor and shower floor on the first day.

My air condition leaked a little bit which was weird but I think is normal for Naples. The shower struggled to get warm for very long so cold showers were mainly what I was having. Which during summer was ideal for me so not really a complaint!

This was a really cutely decorated and vibrant hotel in the heart of Napoli! Location was perfectly in the centre which made it so easy to get around! The bed was comfy and the air-con was great! Staff were also very lovely and kind, and I was able to check in at 10:30 am because my room was ready which was so accommodating and generous! Overall highly recommend!

Single glazed windows don't stop any of the sounds of the city. Worth it for the the location.

Great location minutes from the old centre of Naples. Good sized appartment for 4 people. Beds for 6 if needed.

Beds were uncomfortable. The windows were so thin I thought they would smash. At night it was extremely noisy because of the windows bring so thin and people gather close to where you sleep.

The location was close to everything we wanted to see and could walk to all the places easily. It was easy to find because they had good communication.

Very nice, comfortable room. Very clean. 24 hour front desk with friendly, helpful staff. Quirky building, loved all the winding corridors. Would stay again. The little muffins and boiled sweets in my room were a nice touch.
