Air-conditioning could work better as it was too hot in the room (but I must admit that in was unusual heat in April).

Good quality for reasonable price, not far from the city center (well connected with the bus), clean and fine hotel.

There was construction work going on when we arrived. Noise up two floors. It did stop at 6pm, but when I tried to mention it to the staff (was told on text to tell them anything I didn’t like) no one seemed interested. So I am mentioning it in the review here! The food in the restaurant was really quite poor and limited for the price. I had just come from another hotel with superb food for the same money ! There didn’t seem to be anywhere else to eat locally. I didn’t use the spa. But I may be a good facility??

Good location if you want somewhere near the motorway. On the whole the staff were friendly. Bed was large and comfortable. Good price

There was a kettle and a cup but the kettle couldn't be plugged into any sockets. It didn't fit. I begged for a sockets for my phone and was then able to use the kettle. There was no drinking stuff such as tea or coffee so the kettle was pointless in the room. The shower gel and soap were also inadequate. I wanted to stay an extra night but the room rate was expensive and luckily the next hotel I went to was much more better and better value for money. A missed opportunity to be great place.

The room was nice and clean. Staffs were very nice apart from the late night staff whom I thought was not that friendly. Breakfast was OK but not that great.

The room doesn’t have a good noise blocking, and our room ist next to the Staircase, opposite to the elevator. Then it’s very noisy until late night.

- Noise isolation of the room was not good enough. One could easily hear the noise from the corridor. - Everything in the fridge in the room was offered with a price tag. Water is usually included without a fee in other places.

- The room was spacious and had everything we would ask. - The location of the hotel was calm and the city center was reachable even by foot (ca. 20 min). Bus stop is 5 min away and takes 10 min to reach the city center

Bugs inside the room, blanket just for 1 person and full of dust. Just one shampoo and one soap in the bathroom. The bathrobe for spa is charged extra not included in the payment for spa. The hydromassage water at the spa center was not clean. The rooms that are facing the street are noisy due to traffic.

The room seemed to be a bit quickly built, cheap materials, no separate bidet, only a shower head attachment next to the toilet bowl.

Great price, staff speaks great English. They are really helpful with the directions around the city, they told us how to buy daily tickets for public transit in the city. Comfortable bed, pretty quiet nights.

The odour form the toilets was not always refreshing especially after coming back to the hotel after a day out. The breakfast buffet option wasn’t also that great.

It’s proximity to the airport and the highway. There were also a lot of restaurants in the proximity of the hotel with the city centre very close by.

In our floor there was people look like gang members and they were making so much sound. When i go to check i saw that their door is open and i scared. I did not feel safe and could not sleep well because of the sound
