The breakfast menu does not change that much. The restaurant services are rather expensive. No other comments :)

Calm and beautiful space near Firenze but far away from city sounds. I liked the tranquillity and brilliant staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very limited vegetarian options in the restaurant. This may have been due to being at the end of the season. The food was much better in past visits.

The views are spectacular. The location perfect as you can take a bus to the City Center and back.

A stunning property with beautiful views of Florence! The staff were very friendly and so helpful. The buffet breakfast was included and was excellent! The dinners on the terrace were so good, with beautiful views. Wonderful service there too! The bed was very comfortable, and beautiful view from our room window too. Not far to Fiesole , which was lovely town! It’s about 1 km away, we walked one afternoon - uphill and have to take care to stay to side as no sidewalks until closer to town, but can easily take a bus or taxi. An easy bus ride or taxi into Florence too! The pool was a welcome amenity to use after a long day in town. Would definitely come back to this gorgeous property!

This hotel is located on the one very busy street that climbs up to Fiesole from downtown Florence. So, there was constant car noise. There are a bunch of places to sit outside and a nice terrace where meals are served, but the car noise made it a not very pleasant spot to hang out. It was surprisingly quieter on the smaller streets of Fiesole than in this spot outside of town. We had one dinner at the hotel that was not very impressive for the price.

The pool was nice to have as a way to cool off after busy and hot days. It was easy to walk to Fiesole via a trail behind the hotel. The views from that trail are really beautiful. The room was a good size and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The breakfast buffet was huge and included a big variety of breakfast options. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Everything was fine

The location is brilliant and the view over Florence was spectacular. Our room was very comfortable and the view from our bedroom was a huge bonus. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We were introduced to the General Manager and were offered a free complimentary drink. The breakfasts were excellent which included various options. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend our stay with a further 2 nights. We will definitely be back soon.

The staff were lovely and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Really good Italian cuisine, all homemade. The whole hotel is very clean. Rooms are basic but have everything you need for an excellent price. Amazing aircon, nice new shower.

Beautiful Italian hotel in the hills overlooking Florence. Fabulous garden area to enjoy a glass of wine. Lovely outdoor patio area to enjoy breakfast and restaurant. superb attentive staff. very relaxing.

The hotel is near the road, therefore the cars and/or motorcycles that pass by can be very loud occasionally.

The villa/hotel is very well placed, 10-15 minutes by car from Florence city center. We did not take the bus, but the bus station is basically a few meters from the villa if you don’t have a car. It has a huge terrace with several lounge sets which is great if you want to drink coffee in piece or heave a toddler (like we had) who can play around carelessly. The restaurant has also a big terrace with a great view at Florence. We found FH55 Hotel Villa Fiesole to be a great destination nearby Florence from which you can experience the city centre every day but also have a possibility to retreat from the hustle of the city.

Interent speed was very slow unfortunately.

The view is amazing, the lady receptionist is super kind and helpful. I recommend it and will visit again.
