Not the nicest neigbourhood. Loreto Metro station had a lot of gangsters hanging around! So we used Piola instead. And the trams!

They should provide tooth paste,atleast 1 water bottle in the room.Water was charged at 1.5 euro for half a litre where as 0.32 euro for 1.5 litre just outside. Suggest they reconsider. B

Staff was very kind and interested. Breakfast was enough. In addition pastries we had many options for breakfast and price is plausible with all options. Hotel is close to loreto metro station and supermarkets so you can reach them by feet with 5-10 mins. Also neighborhood was quiet

The heating wasn't working enough. The room was cold. The heating only worked for a few hours in the evening, and again in the morning, but it was cold at night and in the evening. You couldn't make coffee in the room, only tea. It was not replenished.

Very beautiful hotel in the centre of Milano (Corso Buenos Aires & PoliMi) with a large room, high ceiling, nice bathroom & balcony. Very kind and professional staff! Very good real continental breakfast. I was lucky to also get a parking place at the hotel.

The review is from the perspective of someone who only stayed one night. The location was fine for us, a few minutes' walk from a major metro station and probably about 15 minutes from Milano Centrale Railway Station. The area where the hotel is located does not look special, but not very bad either. Even the hotel building does not attract attention from the outside. Inside, however, the room was very nice, apparently recently renovated or at least well maintained. It had a flowered balcony with a beautiful view of the boulevard. The room and bathroom were big enough for us. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was quite simple but everything was tasty.

It’s an old property, needs some renovation, however it’s a good and affordable choice for a short stay in Milan.

Most importantly I didn't like their check out time by 11 am. Then If you walk from the Milano central station might need 25-30 min. And you need to walk about 25 min to get to the Conad, the largest grocery chain shop in Italy.

It was clean and bed was comfortable. A metro station is in 300 meters, bus station just Infront of the hotel which will take you nearest metro station.

The noisy cleaning ladies. I know it s a hotel but it was pretty annoying to hear them changing the bed sheets on the hallway or vacuuming early in the morning.

The only problem with the room was that the extractor fan was very loud when first turned on. Not a problem in the grand scheme, but I was glad not to need the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also, some people may not be comfortable leaving their keys whenever leaving the property - didnt bother us though

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is only 20 mins walk from central; however there is also a metro 5 mins away and a small supermarket shop just over the road. We didnt go for the breakfast option due to time; however, a bar on the premise is a nice touch. The shower was great and the beds comfortable.
