The price is a bit high.

The location is amazing, you are close to all major attractions, you have all at maximum 30 min walk. Near the hotel is an excellent Coffee Shop. The rooms are at 5th floor with balcony, very romantic, Italian style.

Rundown rooms that could definitely use a renovation. Noisy, you could hear the other rooms using the bathroom! The area is ok but it’s an uphill and the closest metro station is about 7 minutes from the hotel. The wi-fi was very weak.

The hotel is near a couple of attractions (such as Fontana di Trevi and Spanish Steps) and within walking distance to the main shopping street. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by. The reception is staffed 24/7 and the staff is helpful. Good cleaning service. Mini fridge provided in the room.

The acoustics are not so good towards the inside (could hear the reception 1 floor beneath, corridor and adyacent room), good with regard to the street (no noise from outside)

The room and bathroom were on the smaller side but fine for 2 people. You have to walk up quite a big hill to get back to the hotel after a day exploring Rome so be prepared for that, wouldn't put me off staying here though.

The staff were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The reception desk is manned 24 hours incase you need anything or have any questions. The location was good, its walking distance to all main attractions, the furthest walk was approx. 50 minutes to the Vatican City. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

Some of the towels had stains on them and the bed sheets had a couple beard hairs.

It was in a lovely location and the room was nicely decorated.

I was more than a week, fist during 3 nights in a big room, and then 8 nights in a small one, narrow shower… didn’t compensate, at least, with outside view

unfortunately there is no possibility of having breakfast (not even for a fee), my room was small, so it bothered me that there was only a thin window and therefore I lacked light. There was no elevator to the second floor inside the hotel, so not super convenient with heavy suitcases.

The shower was too small for even one person. While washing your hair you would be hitting the sides of the shower with your elbows. But that was a relatively small issue. Getting into the building was difficult as you had to press a button and wait for someone to buzz you in which often took a while. The worst thing however was the staff smoking in the stairwell and corridors leading to the rooms, leaving the whole place, including our room, smelling of cigarette smoke. Very unprofessional and unpleasant for us non smokers. Especially as it was a non-smoking room. Additionally, there was a lot of noisy construction work starting early in the morning that we were not informed of. The hotel itself was also vacuuming other rooms before 8/9am which was very loud.

The room was quite small and furnishings minimal. There wasn’t even a shelf in bathroom to leave toiletries kit—I had to put it outside on top of the mini fridge. Decor very basic. Room was always stuffy at end of day and a/c struggled to bring temperature down to comfortable level. Beds were small but pretty comfortable.

Location convenient to villa borghese, transit, good restaurants. Walkable to termini and center. A quiet neighborhood. The place was adequate. Staff were responsive and helpful. A/c quiet enough it was possible to sleep.
