The breakfast was excellent. They had the best scrambled eggs, hugh selection of pastries and the best coffee machine I've ever seen. The dinners at the resort were really good. I had the lamb and it melted in my mouth.

Poor soundproofing, you are hearing each person going through the corridor, or neighbours speaking. We had a view to the wall.

Quiet pleasant location, approx. 10 minutes walk from the old town. The hotel is surrounded with the garden, trees and flowers, that was beautiful. Breakfast was very good, with big variety of food. Tea maker in the room is useful.

It has quite old furniture, being a festive period we have expected to have at least one change in the breakfast menu, unfortunately this was not the case.

It has good access to buses and 20-30 minutes walk to Piazza Campo. The reception staff were kind and helpful.

The view is beautiful in the summer, but in the winter, it's not so good, especially when it rains and you go to their restaurant because the rooms are separated.the room they gave us seemed to be the smallest of all, this hotel is an ancient hotel

Really nice hotel in quite area with free parking in front. Great location for visiting Tuscany surrounding towns and day trips. Staff was really nice and accommodating.

The room we got was very cosy but really tiny even for a couple. The breakfast could use some vegetables. Just sliced tomatoes and cucumbers would have made a big difference.

The surrounding of the hotel is really peaceful, green and enjoyable. The staff are very hospitable, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and amenities are good. It has a big parking which is a great advantage if you are travelling by car.

Showing its age in places. Bedroom furniture and decor tired.

A charming old property surrounded by Pine Trees. The pool area very tranquil, a great place to chill. Quite a step outside the centre of town, but a pleasant 25 minute walk.

The heating did not work for november temperature arround 10 degrees C at night, the furniture is outdated and the bathroom faucets did not work properly.

A little outdated and we could hear people in the next room. Also there was a party outside that was very loud. The front desk said they would be done around 11pm, they did not. She did offer to put us in another room but the music had stopped, temporarily.

Annexe a bit old fashioned and dark No waiter service at pool

The annexe is not as stylish as the main hotel however it was very clean and comfortable. The shower was clean but perhaps needed a bit of work on its presentation. The pool was lovely and clean. Waiter service was missed as you had to go to a small booth for soft drinks only and to the main hotel for alcoholic drinks. Breakfast was nice. The staff were all so lovely and pleasant. Overall a really nice stay

Room was a little dark but otherwise nothing

Lovely peaceful hotel within walking distance of town if you are reasonably fit, otherwise you can drive. We ate in the restaurant in both nights, lovely food and very helpful staff. Toiletries were so nice we bought them To take home. Staff at reception are helpful and The ambience of this family run hotel is fantastic. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were epic, similar to the Delaunay. Ample free parking and very quiet and peaceful. Our rooms were in the annex.

The customer service at check-in was not great, not a warm feeling to our first day with one member of staff.

There was a mix up with half board, which I had the first night and then requested again the last one. It was resolved but I was made to feel uncomfortable by the maitre’d.

Within easy reach of Siena by car or bus. It has lovely grounds, pool and good food.
