The breakfast, don't reserve it, I mean it, no, no, horrible and only sweets. Not even real coffe, no beans, just instant from the machine. The towels were dirty, I've asked them to bring others, ok, done, but still. The room is not isolated and we could hear all the noise in the world. We didn't have proper soap at first and shower was clogging; anyways, in Rome, you are leaving in the morning and come back in the evening.

The location - very closed to everything, a lot of restaurants near by, a small shop with fresh and delicios fruits and vegetables, the bed was confortable, nice stuff.

The staff were so lovely and helpful, gave us lots of recommendations for sites and things to do, plus restaurant ideas for us. Our flight home was changed last minute and we had to leave the hotel at 4am but the staff were so accommodating and organised a taxi for us to the airport :)

Prebooking and staggering the breakfast times as dining room to small to accomodate all guests. More coathangers in the bedroom, but that's a common failing in most hotels. Also no sink plug, again something common with hotels in some countries, so advise travellers to add a universal plug to their travel bag.

Comfotable, clean and very helpful staff. Breakfast room a little 'compact'. Just the one small lift so sometimes you had to wait a little as the hotel was on 2nd floor and shared facilities with other residents. 20 minute walk from the main station so recommend getting a taxi if you have luggage. Hotel convenient for all the key tourist attractions and antiquities. Would definately consider staying again if travelling to Rome.

Wardrobe was broken, window cannot be fully closed as its reaching the ceiling, bathroom- shower cabin doors were iffy, barely holding themselves, mirror lights could be dangerous (electricity issues). The hot water comes in like 10 minutes, so you may think there is none, but it will eventually come!😅No 24/7 reception.

The room was very spacious and it looked very nice.Big bed, big bathroom and space to leave your luggage. People on the reception were kind and friendly. Breakfast was simple,but fresh and tasty.

Fantastic location, very close to Vila Borghese, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Termini station etc. The room was clean and comfy. The staff provided excellent assistance with any questions or inquiries throughout our stay.

There were problem with the hot water the first two nights, probably because of the weather change or i dont know. So on 3 night stay only the last night we took a hot shower & after keeping it open the water to the hot side for some min. I would suggest in a room of 3 the shower to be invisible. I would suggest the entrance to be a little more clean paint it or smth similiar.

The location was ok, the neighborhood was ok, there were close restaurants& shops. & you can easily reach by foot from Trevi fountain for max 15 min walk.

1. Wifi connection is very bad in the room ( our room is just 5 steps away from reception. 2. We have 2 single beds where 1 bed is sinking when I lay on it 3. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved. Pee odor from the toilet. Shower room has some black mould at the corners line.

The rooms do not isolate noise very good. The guest on the room next to me were up very late, like 1am late, and you could hear their conversation as if they were in the room with me. This happened 2 nights back to back, the good thing they went to bed fairly quick. Overall a great place to stay and see Rome.

Once I learned my way around I realized it was in a very central location for most major points of interest. The furthest point was the Vatican, but it was not an undoable walk. I walked everywhere during my stay and was able to see everything I had on my list.

The bathroom was a little bit shabby, although cleaned daily, and small and slightly difficult to manoeuvre in.

The breakfast was exactly what we needed - pastry and bread/cheese/ham, with hot and cold drinks. It was served for a good amount of time so we could have it whether we wanted to get up and out early or have a later start. The room was comfortable and a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A 20 minute walk from the Termini Station and a good location from which to walk everywhere in the city!

I believe that if they redecorated the halls, reception area and improved the breakfast room the hotel would be much better. We were three girls in one room and there was only one small mirror in the bathroom for us to use.

The room was incredibly nice and comfortable, and it was cleaned everyday, the breakfast could have been better, there wasn't much variety, I only ate a yoghurt for breakfast as I'm 'gluten free'. The receptionists were amazing, always happy to help out, and the cleaning staff were always very pleasant.
