Beds are not much more than cot mattress. clean, but small beds. I was given a handicap room, although not requested. I had difficulty in getting into the tub. Hotel is old, but clean. wear and tear quite evident. Unable to charge my phone, not even a USB port and desk had no adapters. I only needed a nap, so the hotel met my needs but I would not stay for any length of time.

did not have time for breakfast, only 12 hours total stay in order to get a plane on wed am. I was disapointed in taxi, which I am not sure of who decided to gouge the price for taxi. I asked front desk to get a taxi, which they did. i chose hotel because only 3 mies from airport, and taxi charged me 30 Euros for 3 mile ride - robbery. I had no choice. Hotel could screen taxis for those that don't overcharge.

Location, close to the airport but away from the city center. Florence, being a tourist place, every time we needed to go for sight seeing we had to cab it out which became a little expensive.

Room was clean and nice. So was the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Wish they had some more choices. Overall, no complaints.

Few amenities, just the basics. No food service on Sunday night. We had a perilous 10-minute walk across busy traffic circles to the nearest restaurant.

Reasonably close to airport. The room was larger than many Italian hotels of this type. It was clean but spare. No fridge. Excellent bathroom with good sized shower and water pressure. Friendly staff who reserved a taxi for us the night before our flight home.

Very dated, no upkeep. Shower/toilet had marks and stains. Even though it’s fairly close to airport, taxi charged around 25 euros to arrive. Absolutely no restaraunts in walk-in distance. Don’t stay for more than one or two night.

The staff who checked us in could have been more helpful about bus links to Florence City Centre (we were checked in by two males). When we asked the young lady the next morning she was much more helpful and gave us a map.

Didn’t love that it’s called an airport hotel and it’s a ten minute taxi ride and was about 20 euro. It’s in the middle of an industrial estate. The hotel is a bit run down but the aircon worked, bed comfy enough and shower worked. As we said to friends staying there also - it is what it is, if you need a cheap sleep near the airport (hire car for us next day) then it’s doable, don’t use it as a base.

The hotel was clean. When we went to our room at 11pm they hadn’t included a bed for our son. I went to reception and they changed our room immediately which was good given the time. Their breakfast is not too bad for a hotel breakfast.

If I am to be nit-picky, the vending machine from the ground floor had little choice for snacks, and of course they were expensive. On the upside, there are some shops nearby and some restaurants deliver to the hotel, so there are alternatives.

Good accommodations, close to public transport. One morning we exited the room at about 1 o'clock, and I could see that the cleaning trolleys were past our room, but we thought we would give the door knob hanger with "please make up my room" a go, for some fresh towels (we stayed for almost a week there). Came back to a tidy room, with fresh towels and a made up bed. We had a dinosaur plushie, that was put very neatly and cutely on a pillow. Made our night!

The staff was not so helpful in giving advised during checking, especially when asking about help with taxi prices. Otherwise, we did not spend much time in the hotel to give further opinion.

Indifferent employee at front desk. No charm, no charisma, nothing special. Came across like we were an inconvenience. Air conditioning controls confusing because stencils have worn off. No directions. Had to switch rooms.
