The a/c doesn’t work. Maybe they don’t turn it on until summer. If you wanted a cooler room, it meant opening the window. That’s fine, but I worried mosquitoes would get in. Luckily they had other things to do while I was there.

The location was great, just a block from the cathedral. Breakfast was substantial. Helpful staff. There’s a somewhat grand appearance to the hotel.

I would prefer to have tea making facilities in the room instead of a coffee machine offering only an espresso.

The location was terrific, they handled parking and an unexpectedly late (early am) check in very graciously. The bed was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good — with a very helpful person handling coffee orders. Definitely a place to return to!!

Reading lamp would have helped. The bed was uncomfortable and the bed linen seemed a bit old. Had some holes in the sheets.

Location couldn't have been better for the Violin museum and the Duomo. Breakfast was fine but was made better by the lovely helpful waitress, Valentina. The room was fine but faced the back.

The hotel is near many bars. You may be awakened by late night revellers.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is between the Violin Museum and the Cathedral, the two main tourist attractions. I booked a single room, but was upgraded to a triple! I enjoyed having a bathtub instead of just a shower. Breakfast was good quality with all the typical selections.

They have to improve on breakfast preparing! Please have a real barista make a real italian caffè or cappuccino! These machines are awful!

Large, clean, comfortable room. Great breakfast. Great staff. Good location for bars, shops, and restaurants.

The courtains in the shower. The room was also a bit small. If we would have 1 more luggage it would get tight.

The location is great! Just some steps to the main square, restaurants and stores. The team working there was lovely! Breakfast was good. The bed was comfy. Everything clean.

Although the room was quiet facing the inner yards, the walls were paper-thin, very poor soundproof, we could hear our next door guest sneezing, every words talking on the phone etc... Not so obvious why it is a 4 star hotel...but rather a 3 star, perhaps.

Location was great , 2 steps to the centro storico, Duomo area. Receptionists were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast lady was super sweet and cheerful, she served coffee in a happy mood, Brava. Hard to see happy staff these days ;-)

Great hotel in a great location, just a few seconds' walk from the cathedral. The room felt luxurious with a big bed, a big TV and Sky TV for free. Great shower, nice breakfast. Wi-Fi fast and powerful.

The shower head was on the ceiling, far away, and water pressure was not strong. Would have appreciated a hand held shower apparatus and better pressure.

Linens had a terrible smell on them, as did the room when we entered. Probably some cleaning product, but it was so strong we kept the windows open. Breakfast is ok but nothing fancy.

By time it was night fall, there is a busy and huge bar in front of the hotel. It was very LOUD until 1 am. I would never stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, all the benefits of a great place to stay, excellent breakfast.
