To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, quiet and private. We had a balcony suite, and had lovely evenings outside the room. Breakfast was good, with a good choice. We were able to walk to all the tourist sites, and under 10 minutes walk from the train station.

The hotel was exactly as advertised and met all our expectations. The renovated rooms and bathrooms were perfect. We had 2 rooms for our family of 4 for 5 nights . The water pressure in the showers was amazing. Although compact, the breakfast room was well presented. The staff where ALL outstanding form the reception team to he housekeeping and breakfast room team .The elevator was efficient . The location was PERFECT for walking everywhere. The Metro and Train Termini were very close

IndiaIt has been a very good experience while staying at Hotel le Petit. The location is very central with many possibilities to experience Italian food in the neighbourhood. 1 min walk to metro and just 10-15 mins walk away from the Trevi Fountain. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The bathroom could have been better as there is very small room to take a shower but was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do have an arrangement for a nice and cozy breakfast. The girl who served the breakfast was very nice. Recommended!

The staff at Hotel Le Petit really helped me out when my flights were disrupted by weather. They were able to add an extra day to my stay at the last minute (on a weekend no less). The room was spotless, the shower was amazing, the location perfect for my train arrival/departure, but it was the staff that made my stay most enjoyable.

Greecethe only thing was that after a accident that i had (i broke my leg),i asked for late check out because my flight was at 21.00 and until to leave from the hotel(17.00) i need some space to rest .they charge us 120euro (11.00-17.00) wich i think is too much for this special reason ,but ok...all the employs of the hotel was very polite and help us .
everything in the hotel nice ,clean,the brekfast was well enough for the price ,the location perfect near the metro and bus .the staff VERY HELPFULL.

The hotel was close to the station and the receptionists were very kind and helpful. I stayed two nights here, a week apart for my business trip. For my first night I stayed in a room that is near the street so it was quite noisy. After I told the receptionist that I wanted a more quiet room, she arranged a better room for me and I could sleep well! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice!

AustraliaThere was a bright light in my room on a movement sensor and a time switch. It came on each time I got up during the night to use the bathroom. I mentioned it to staff, so perhaps a way has been found to definitively turn it off to avoid being dazzled.
My single room was tiny but perfectly formed. The bed was comfy, and there was a kettle and basic tea and coffee, Staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed one night, after a long flight, and it was a good, quiet choice for tge start of recovery from jet lag. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of breakfast provisions: not just Italian sweet pastries, but fresh fruit, cold cuts, cereal, and more.

New ZealandWe asked if we could have the quietest part of the hotel, unfortunately we were on the floor where the breakfast room was allocated and as it had no door on it we heard the staff preparing early in the morning, we did expect road noise, but this was minimal when the window was closed.
The hotel was very central, close to train station, buses, bars and restaurants. We were only on a mini break so the size of the room was fine, not sure if it would of suited us if we were going to stay longer. I personally like a shower l can remove from its holder, avoiding getting my hair wet, and my husband like the rainfall shower so we were both catered for. Beds were comfortable, if not alittle wide for the size of room.
