The air-conditioning suddenly stopped at 3AM but restarted in the morning. WiFi was a bit weak in the corner 714 room.

My room was on the 7th floor with a large outdoor terrasse (balcony). The room is large, soundproof with a classic decor and wooden floor. Bathroom was large and well equipped. Breakfast cost only €3 and offered hot and cold meals. The underground parking was very convenient for those driving into Torino and the hotel was very flexible to allow me to leave my car there for a few more hours after check-out. Free WiFi. Hotel reception staff, Giuseppe and Sara were very attentive and helpful.

Stairs at the entrance and to the lift. When you arrive with a big luggage this is not very welcoming... + some chairs on the huge room balcony would have been welcome.

Very nice room, equipped with everything needed. In room clean water boiler, mini fridge, and in mine also huge balcony. Comfortable bed and double room quite reasonably sized. Airco in room. Close to airport bus/train station, still area is not frightening. 10-15 min on foot from historic center. Reception staff very friendly (even made an effort to speak few words in my mother tongue, which is not amongst the most spoken ones) :-) Breakfast has quite reasonable selection: tea/coffee/juice, croissant, bread, cold cut, cheese, jam, cereals, omlette, frankfurter etc. and for very low price!

Although it seemed clean, there was a hair on the water tap and one on the toilette seat. There were a few burnt cigarettes on the balcony. The matress was very deformed in the middle and it was not comfortable at all.

The location was convenient, breakfast was fine, though not exceptional, there was always someone at the reception.

Old fashioned. Breakfast so so. You have to leave the stupid key at the reception because it is an old hotel with normal keys (sometimes that key got blocked). No nice restaurants nearby. Far away from the few things that are nice in that city. Typical mediocre italian hotel.

I picked this hotel because it appeared on the map to be an easy walk with baggage from train station. Problem is that it is close to "Porta Nuova" station, not Ports Suza, where all the major trains arrive.

The room look much older than it is on picture. Assigned room in first floor, but the balcony is linked up with other rooms, therefore I can't open the window due to safety reasons. However it was so hot and the air conditioning has already stopped servicing in mid Oct at 27 deg. A few steeps to lift your luggage before you reach the lift. Don't know how this works, but I have to leave my room key at reception whenever I go out. And just tell them my room number, they will give me back the key. Not sure if this is safe when they do this.

This hotel only charges 3 euros for breakfast, which is a real bargain, given the range of (mostly) cold foods on the buffet. This is far cheaper - and better value - than any other hotel where we have stayed. There are two very good restaurants within 100 metres: Giovanni's (round the corner) and Marcello's (over the road). Virtually all the main attractions in Turin are within easy walking distance from the hotel, and it is only a few minutes' walk from Porta Nuova station.

Very small room, visibly requiring renovation, and if you get one facing the main street, it's very noisy. The air conditioning doesn't work well, so sometimes you need to open the window in the night (it's Italy, it's hot) and you enjoy all the noises of the street. As all hotels in Torino all super-expensive, that one seemed to be a cost/efficient solution, but nevertheless it left a feeling it was overpaid. will reconsider next time.

Breakfast is not included and it costs 3€. Knowing that I thought it would be just coffee and some bread, and I was prepared to have a second breakfast nearby...I was totally surprised, the offer and diversity was much more than I am used to (even in some 4-star hotels). In what concerns the hotel staff thank you so much for your kindness, even the ones with almost no English language knowledge. Sometimes a smile worth more than a thousand words!

Smoking and non-smoking policies in the hotel are not very clear. Even some rooms clearly marked as non-smoking rooms have ash trays! Perhaps the policy is an issue of Italy and not of the hotel alone but if you are a non-smoker, verify and verify again!

The room was immaculate and had a balcony on the front which gave a lovely view of the street. I'm a light sleeper at the best of times yet slept like a log all 3 nights here. The beds were so comfy. The staff were superb especially 2 men, one who helped my wife get a taxi to the hospital after she fell in Turin & broke her arm. Another man we think was called Leonardo was absolutely wonderful. His English was brilliant, he couldn't have been more helpful & was an absolute star. Very good and clean hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast options were very good and had a lot of variety as they included non-dairy milk options (soya) as well as gluten free options. We accidentally booked one of our rooms without breakfast but they kindly did not charge us for it. Very happy with our stay.

From the look of the pictures on the web site I was expecting a contemporary hotel. In fact the room that I had was a bit 70's chintz. Clean & Functional. (7th Floor) As I was on a business a workable deskspace is important. What was supplied was a small round glass top table... It would have won a point for the whirlpool bath, however it did not work so loose two points. Bar had very limited hours - closed at 22:00. No on site restaurant (apart from Breakfast)

WiFi was the best for speed I have experienced in recent months. The staff spoke English to a suitable level and were very helpful. Breakfast was much the best I have had in most 'continental' hotels. Mini Fridge is a good facility - for your own goods.

Old hotel of which only the breakfast room has been renovated. Rooms must be improved (worn out carpet floor, water faucets hard to manage, old style key room holder not easy to put in your pocket).

Conveniently located at few walking minutes from the central (Porta nuova) train station. Great restaurant (Giovanni) at next door
