Everything was ok! Maybe one thing to improve for the future - We were missing lunch/ early dinner spots, I understand this is the way how it is in Italy, but it was very difficult to find anything different than pizza at the cafeteria or beach bar between 2-5pm. More healthy options on the menu definitely would change the experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay, it was our mini honeymoon (straight after the wedding). At the arrival, we got a beautiful welcome letter with a bottle of wine and rose petals were in our room, thank you for that! Our daughter was attending kids club on the beach, animations were amazing! Food was very good.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Gianluca, a waiter at the Granace restaurant, for making our dining experience so fun and delicious. Thank you so much! Beach facilities were very good, breakfast buffet very good. A lovely experience overall.

We love the people who work at this hotel. Everyone is so kind and happy to help. It really makes visiting a pleasure. This was our second stay and we had booked two rooms- one had been totally updated and I think the second room had a mini update, but was still very nice. Both the rooms were a good size and very clean. We also love the breakfast buffet here, and this property was very welcoming to both our dogs as well which is always nice for us. We had a lovely stay and will be back again.

Only one thing to comment on and it’s a minor detail. It was super windy one day and the Brisles were falling from the trees. They were everywhere, in pool, on seats all over the floor. There was staff everywhere and litterly no one cleaning them. The guests were all doing it. I think the place is so well organised that it’s a case of everyone has a specific job and when something like this happens no one shows initiative. I saw it a few times when staying there. The next morning on the way from breakfast, a large seating area still had them all over the seats.

Very well organised, at check in you get your beach towel, everything is easy going between the beach and the pool. A very nice place to relax, outside the property is a fun fair for children and many options to eat. The food in the hotel is good and not more than a good restaurant else where. They are very good at QR codes, you order from there at beach etc. Takes the stress out of everything. Also there a beautiful village Bolghari 15 minutes away. it’s a jem. The restaurant there are fabulous with amazing views.

A bit pricy, but understandable due to the high season and its position.

Superior hotel, surrounded by pine trees and close to the beach. We only enjoyed it for one night on our road trip to the south and didn't test the spa, the pools or the restaurants, apart from breakfast. By the way, the breakfast was of great variety and quality. It had excellent wifi and plenty of parking. Our room was just ok for a family of four, with a modern bathroom and a balcony. Instead of a quadruple room with a queen bed and bunk beds, we were given a family room which we greatly appreciate.

We chose the hotel because of the heated pool as we stayed in May and it was too cold to swim in the sea. However the water temperature at the pool was not 29’ - it felt like 25 max. Also the hotel definitely needs some renovation

The sunset view was amazing. Also, we liked the access to the private beach through the forest. Beds were quite comfortable. the best thing was that the hotel was dog friendly and had the private parking

I would have expected the spa to be bigger, the dry sauna is very small (only 2 people can get it) and therefore not very comfortable. You do have to book in advance to access the spa, so they are controlling the number of people not to get overcrowded and we were 7 in total, but you can stay only 1h and a half.

Staff was very welcoming and willing to help, food was very good, the suggestions given by the sommelier were perfect. The entire complex is very nice and clean, we could enjoy the heated pool even if the sea was a bit too cold to get in. They have a small cozy bar on the beach. I recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back.

There was a break down of the electric grid what can happen of course but there was a long time to wait until people got information about the situation. Meanwhile they ad to wait on the street and before their rooms because the could not enter.

The approach to the hotel under the Pine trees is very impressive. Breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of nice places to be wether in the lobby, the different pools or restaurants, the sea of course and also in the surrounding area.

Extremely friendly staff, always helpful and with a smile on their faces. Excellent location, very good leisure equipment (four pools, great park, SPA, table tennis, children playground). Very good parking area directly at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffet very, very good! Very good air condition in our room.

The room was small, one wall was totally empty, seemed that there should have been a chair but was removed, I've been told that they keep that space empty for a child's bed for a family with children, but we didn't need an extra bed, an armchair though would have been perfect. The bathroom was small with a tiny shower that was clogged up and the water drained only after you finish. During the evening someone entered the room to roll down the iron shutter (we didn't need it and didn't ask for it) and took away the bathroom mat, but never replaced it with the clean one, so it was very uncomfortable to use the shower the morning after.

The location is very nice, the park is really beautiful and well kept. Almost all the personnel is friendly and competent.
