Front desk was very nice and helpful for any inquiries we have and accommodate as much as they can, the best thing we love about is the on site, indoor parking, and yet it's located close to the tourist interesting point by foot. Breakfast was very nice too.

The parking in front of the hotel is free, but only allowed 1 hour in the morning, starting from 8 am, after that you have to move your car to a free parking area, or you have to pay 20 euro/night for the hotel, to park underground, which is a good deal. Breakfast was decent, but the total lack of vegetables, made it a bit awkward.

We asked for a city view room, which was nice, had a small cute balcony, with table and 2 chairs, perfect for a morning coffee. The room was tiny, and had a proper shower, with good hot water, but we could barely fit with 1 large and 1 small luggage. The hotel is walking distance to city center, like 15 minutes away.

The doors are not well isolated, hence we heard all the noises from the corridors.

The location was very convenient - 15 mins walk to the center and the parking is a big plus. Breakfast was good as well.

We did not have a view and other rooms seemed to have balconies.

The hotel breakfast was quite good. Our room was downstairs and in a corner of the lower floor, but it was a decent size with a good bathroom. The hotel location worked well for us because we were able to park the car for free about a block away from the hotel. We were also close enough to walk down to the Center of the old town.

This property is a good 3-star type option. We paid a higher price for a room with a large terrace and that was definitely worth it, stunning views. 12-15min walk to the old town, quiet at night, friendly staff, carpark on site, good breakfast selection

Not much. It more than met our expectations.

The location was excellent for walking access to the main areas of Siena. The room and services were of a good standard. I am extremely glad we booked a room with a small balcony- stunning elevated view of a lovely part of Siena!

Shower was very small but for the price, and the location, we were happy enough.

Excellent location. Lovely helpful staff. View from our room was amazing and we could walk the whole city easily from the hotel. Parking, absolutely brilliant and worth the extra fee just to know the car was safe for our two night stay
