Nothing, really. We would happily stay here again if we had the opportunity.

Location, location, location! Metres to the Mediterranean, cafes and shops. Easily walkable with wheelie suitcases to and from the train station. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly and the rooms provided all we needed.

Pretty oldish, shower was very old and needs some maintenance. Price was also high but, considering we stayed there in August, it was anyway better than other hotels.

Great location and very clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They don't have a parking but they will give you a pass that will allow you to park on the residential (yellow) areas, very very helpful. Thank you.

He only thing missing was a room with a view. The quality of the room was excellent, and a view would have made it that much better.

Thanks to Xenia and Eric for making our stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location and is very comfortable. Xenia helped with suggestions for restaurants and touring, and Eric makes a fine espresso. They provided water and beach towels at no extra charge and made sure we had everything we needed.

One small thing which we forgot to mention at the time. There was a plumbing attachment on the radiator in the bathroom (103) which jutted out at waist height and needed to be carefully avoided.

Eric, Xenia and the staff in general were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The location of the hotel is central, yet quiet and is an easy walk from the train station, even with suitcases.

Our group of 4 very much enjoyed our stay at the Miro Hotel. We found the location perfect. The owners very nice and always willing to be helpful. That said, for those who want a modern style upscale hotel there are some caveats to consider. It is an older building, so no elevator. It does not have a pool to lounge by. No valet parking (or any hotel parking for that matter). Like many older hotels in Europe, modern bathrooms facilities are added on in any space available. In our room part of the quaintness was the imaginative use of space to create a sizable bathroom (showers are still small though). Some reviews have made comments about the A/C. We did not have a problem, but our traveling partners had a warm first night because they could not understand how the controls worked. However, if a moderate priced hotel with more of a feel of a large B&B with an excellent location and gracious hosts is in your wheel house, then we highly recommend the Miro Hotel.

Tiny room. Edge of bed sticking out--dangerous. Tiny bathroom. Decor ugly and dingy. Hotel a cross between a 1950's Miami Beach/Brighton Beach hotel. Overcharged with no breakfast included. Much better quality and less expensive a few doors down.

The fact that they let us leave. The help at the desk was very helpful and polite.

Can't think of anything we didn't like about our three days in Rapello.

The reception staff at the Hotel Miro, particularly Kseniia and Erik, were most welcoming and could not have been more helpful. They advised us about parking (which is always essential to know in towns that have weekly markets and special events) and made suggestions on where we might go and what we might do to make the most of our short time in Rapello. All their suggestions were "spot on."

The owners of the hotel were an extremely kind couple who gave us lots of useful information and did everything to make our stay very wonderful. The hotel is close to the beach, lovely restaurants, the railway station,... Our room for 3 was large, romantic and quiet because it was located at the back side of the hotel with a view at a narrow street. Breakfast was very good for only €5/per day.
