Very close to SanSiro stadium, either by metro or 25mins walk. Metro is round the corner. They also have a parking area at a fee, but very convenient if you have a car.

Elevator was out of service so we were accommodated to the ground floor (yay, no stairs) but could hear the outside noise.

I liked everything. The only minor issue (if annissue at all) would be traffic noise. Car alarms at night. The hotel is hardly to blame for that. It was a very comfy stay!

They tried to move me to a different hotel far away from the stadium, luckily this didn't happen eventually as we didnt find an agreement Not even a bottle of water is included and it will cost 3€ per 500ml. They tried to charge me with extra drinks from the minibar, which I hadn't consumed. How can they get confused when you only stay 1 night and the minibar is still full? Really weird and suspicious, everyone keep an eye on this. I hate the fact that they will write down your card number on pen and paper, the room is already paid and you have everything in my booking. I don't feel comfortable having my card details taken like this. Stop doing that. Never seen this anywhere else

You have charged me twice for our minibar usage. We paid 9 eur to the receptionist the night before our leaving. But now I see on my debit card that you charged me another 9 EUR. Can you please refund this?

Really close to San Siro football stadium. Plus there is bus stop of Malpensa airport shuttle like 100 hundred meters next to the hotel. Greate choice if you are visiting Milan because of football match.

I book a Hotel for sleeping shower I could not sleeping more the some more hours as to traffic ! Then i Finaly fel asleep it was a car alarm going on ! Not the hotels fault but as my room was next to the road it was ! So be ask for a room to the odder side as it is a garden ! Then I said this the day after they where not so nice about it. Token lamp I bathroom ex ! 4 stare hotel not for me ! I was dead all next day

Air conditioning system horrible. Doesn't function at all. When inquring with reception, no help provided. Shower head in bathroom heavily leaking and water comes out at a very high pressure. Making showering an uncomfortable experience. Trying to put the card key in the right way to enable lights is the challenge each and every time you enter the room. A good 2 to 3 minutes each time. Expect to be awaken at 8am with a jackhammer nearby with no prior warning. Lovely alarm call.

Very clean and housekeeping do a great job at room upkeep. Good amenities provided. Nice modern television with smart features. Blinds of all windows are electronic which is a nice touch of quality. Good and functional mini bar fridge. Good ample lighting. Comfortable beds

It is not as clean as expected. Stains and hair on pillow cases and bedsheets. Yet, I tend to believe it is just an isolated case and simply asked them to be changed. The balcony is not clean enough but all other areas are very nice.

The location is great. It is not right in the city centre but it is in a safe area and it is just 1 minute from the metro station with lift. It has a supermarket and pizzerias nearby. Love the balcony in the room.

The airconditioning in the bedroom was not cool enough, it was much cooler in the bathroom.

The hotel was central, easy to find. The receptionist was very helpful and professional.

The room looked old and not really taken care of. Debris of paint were visible at the bottom of the walls... The in-room refrigerator was not plugged in and didn't work. The shower was quite small with few free space. Too many negative aspects for a 4-star hotel...

The location is very good next to a direct subway line to the center. The personal is also very welcoming.

It wasn’t that quiet even though the rooms were supposed to be “soundproof”. We could easily hear neighbours talking and the traffic outside.

Excellent location close to the subway. Very friendly staff.
