The building is old, it requires a renovation. My room overlooked a busy road, I could not open the window. The room was small and I had trouble airing it.

A good choice if you arrive late and want to stay overnight. Very easy to find. Right next to the main station and the tram stop (there is a direct tram from the airport). I kept in touch with the manager all the time, my flight was late. I arrived at the hotel after midnight. Another plus - there was a kettle in the room, and tea. The breakfast was in a four star hotel across the road. The staff are nice and friendly. I would say it was good for its purpose - staying overnight before travelling to another destination.

This is more a recommendation to other travellers: check the room location as the lift only accesses the 1st floor. We were on the 3rd floor and it's not ideal if you have big cases or have slight mobility issues as the staircase is a little narrow. We were fine with it, but can see it isn't suitable for everyone.

Location: Very close to main line train station, 20-minute tram ride to the airport. In the heart of the city. Room: Good size and completely newly decorated. Bathroom too. No breakfast at the hotel, but there is a nice lounge area where you can have a coffee.

maybe due to the new renovation , some chemical smell was in the reception , but thanks god not in the room . There is a cattle in the room with tea and coffee , maybe any kind of milk (powder or cream ) would be also good to add

Bit crowed due to the location, but everything else was fantastic.

Very close to the Florence train station, with luggage store options. Excellent connectivity to other parts of Florence and Italy. There is tram, bus local and national service near by, apart from National Rail service. Check with Hotel if you’re coming with your car. The staff were very friendly, took time to make us comfortable after the long journey. Helped us with the luggage storage before checkin and after checkout. Always available to answer questions and help with room service. Rooms were well maintained, clean and comfortable. We were 2adults with 1Toddler, with lot of luggage and strollers. The hotel sufficient space to fit all these things and move freely. My room had TV with internet service, hence my son got some YouTube time to relax during the stay. Though the Hotel is in busy area, you didn’t hear the street noise. Unlike some UK hotels 😜 - you don’t hear your neighbour whispering Goodnight or walking mid of night for bathroom 😁

All the staff that we met were very helpful. The room was wonderful…great bed, great bathroom & shower, & the location near the train station very convenient for us, as we were traveling by train. The night desk attendant was very nice, calling a taxi for us & even waiting outside with us until the taxi came. Would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was conveniently close to the train station. When we checked in, they upgraded us to one of their newer rooms. My favorite part of our room was the bathroom. I loved the Versace wall decor! The staff were very nice and helpful.

Conveniently located near the Firenze SMN train station (very short walk). It was also within walking distance from a lot of the downtown Florence landmarks and restaurants. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Iacopo at the front desk for being such a kind and helpful gentleman. The entire staff was very nice but Mr. Iacopo made my wife and I feel special during our stay. He was always eager to help and we appreciate him for making our first visit to Florence a success.

The hotel is situated close to the railway/bus stations and can be easily reached by the tram from the airport. The street is not the nicest one but there are many hotels, so it is safe there. The centre of Florence is about 10-15 minutes walk. I had a room on the first floor, facing the main street. The windows provide a very good noise isolation, I never heard anything from the street. The walls/doors unfortunately are not so efficient and some of the neighbours were quite noisy. The room - a single one - was relatively small, most of the space was taken by a big bed. I was positively surprised that the room had a fridge and a kettle. Wigi worked well. Unfortunately, no breakfast is served in the hotel at the moment, though it is possible to go to anothere hotel. I just took breakfast in a caffeteria nearby and all was fine. Generally, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

there was a weird smell in our room.
