The location of the hotel is a bit sketchy, a bit old. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The breakfast was bad.

The hotel is rather small and understated, making it a bit hard to spot - even though it is very centrally located. I actually walked past it a few times without realizing. The bathroom was also smaller than average. However, the staff were kind and attentive, and the location is excellent - close to the main train station and major sights in the city. The price was very reasonable, so overall, I’d still consider it a good value for a centrally located hotel with basic comfort.

Nothing I didn’t particularly like. The decor is very dated but in a way that adds to the charm. Don’t expect frills, breakfast is very basic but the one thing you won’t do in Naples is die of hunger!

Location is excellent - 5 min walk away from train and underground station. It’s clean and safe with very friendly and helpful staff

The facilities here are very old and exude an old smell. The room is made of two mattresses spliced ​​together, with a gap in the middle, which is very uncomfortable. Secondly, the bathroom is too small... The toilet is almost connected to the sink, and it is impossible to sit properly.

The location of the hotel is very good, only 1 minute away from the subway station, and about 5 minutes walk to the train station and the station to Pompeii. The staff here are very friendly. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it tastes good.

We were supposed to have a double bed but got to single ones together instead, which was pretty uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny.

The service was amazing, super friendly staff. A good breakfast, too. Easy and fast check-in and check-out.

A room at the back of the hotel would probably have been quieter. Otherwise everything was great.

As a location, it was very good, right next to the train station. Unfortunately our room was overlooking the main road and, being Naples, it was quite noisy. Having said that, we still feel this hotel was very good value for money. Room was comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was also fresh with a good selection.

We had problems only with breakfast. It was enough but modest. Every day was the same, we missed vegetables (so we bought some), fresh fruit, eggs. And I didn't want to believe my eyes when I saw that they provided plastikcups as teacups. It isn't sophisticated and isn't environmentally friendly.

The hotel is very close to metro and train station. The stuff is friendly, kind and helpful, thanks for it. Our room was quiet and cleaned every day. Towels were changed every day. The coffee and cappuccino for breakfast was excellent!

Old rooms, old hotel, dirty walls in rooms, poor break fast, every day was the same, bed bugs or spiders in the rooms( as you can see in the photo, how i woke up after first night)
