The receptionist who met us at check in. he was not busy but he couldn't be bothered to answer when does breakfast start and how to book the SPA. He said we should scan the QR code. Which we did. But it was not entirely clear how much we are paying for the SPA because it was not included in the price from booking. From a 4 star hotel like this, when I check in and the receptionist is not busy as we are the only people at the desk, I expect to receive answers to my 2 questions. And especially because of the different prices options with. without SPA, it should be made explicitly clear by the staff if the use of the SPA is included or not and if not, how much it is. The hotel is excellent but this left a bad impression and when I voiced it at check out, the manager said we should have read the info on the website and didn't seem interested.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast. Wonderful SPA center with kind staff. I had a great massage. Only thing I did not like was check in at reception and the receptionist who instead of answering my 2 simple questions, When does breakfast start and How do we book the SPA told me to scan the QR code and read for myself.. Not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard..

Wow, wow, wow - this hotel was amazing. The staff were very efficient and helpful and after we managed to make our way through the narrow streets of Sirmione which was indeed a fun experience, there was ample parking on-site. Our room was large and very comfortable and the facilities excellent. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I can’t fault it

The property is in a beautiful location with panoramic views across the lake and Sirmione. Excellent facilities and lovely staff. Very good spa, reasonably priced restaurant serving excellent food, outdoor pool and bar area. Good attention to detail. Staff always extremely polite and helpful. Sirmione itself is the most beautiful place.

AC was turned off mid visit and room was too warm for 2 of 3 days.

Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. One immigrant restaurant staff member stiff, cold, and haughty; rest of staff were Ok. Free spa pass was appreciated.

The location is very good if you want to stay only in Sirmione. You can just park in the hotel and spend more time walking around because it’s troublesome drive in and out of the Sirmione old town through the narrow streets full of people walking in the streets. Because of this, we decided not to take our car for sightseeing to other places in Lago Di Garda.

The staff is very attentive and helpful. The views from the room was fantastic! The Spa was wonderful- perfect temperature in the pools, choices of sauna and the massage was very good.

The hotel is situated nearer the end of the peninsula, so nicely outside the crowded part further down in the midfle near the castle. The staff in the hotel are excellent. Very good 3-piece band playing in the bar on one evening during our stay - very friendly with a great singer, excellent acoustic guitarist playing some nice jazz solos and drummer also very good. The few people listening appeared to be enjoying the band very much. Even though hotel was full, it never seemed crowded, and the pool was great. Starling murmurations at dusk an added extra!

having to make reservations for dinner, as I never knew ahead of time if I wanted to stay in or go out. Not having a bathroom at the pool area…VERY inconvient as I have a handicapp. No wait service at the pool, having to beg for ice and get my own drinks. bus my own dishes. only one uncomfortable chair in my room, bed was very hard. no place to sit and read unless in lobby or pool.

Everything was wonderful, the staff were very nice, the hotel and pool area were divine. The rooms and maids were nice and clean. Great view. The rooms were small but well appointed.

Clearer explanation of what to expect on the drive through the old town. Breakfast service was OK if somewhat patchy - the buffet often had empty stations and no plates.

Spacious hotel with lovely outdoor pool. Ideally located for the town without being right in the hustle and bustle of Sirmione. The drive in was an experience we won’t forget.

Driving through the town to get to the hotel was a bit hectic, but I expected it. Otherwise, there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Everyone was very helpful. They made recommendations on where to go and even parked our car. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. We did not use the pool, but we could see that it was a lovely area and very clean. Our room was also very nice. It had a balcony and plenty of storage space for clothes.

We had a wonderful view from our balcony . The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful - organising taxis , packed breakfasts etc . Particular mention to Jacopo who bent over backwards to help us and make our stay special . Suri at the pool bar greeted us with a smile and wonderful hospitality. The gardens are immaculate . The property is clean and well maintained . Breakfast was a fabulous spread . Easy to walk into town for a variety of restaurants and boat trips . Lovely pool area to relax .
