Reception called the room after breakfast to ask if we could put the eating tray outside of the room. This felt a bit pushy to finish the breakfast quickly while we wanted to have the freedom to take our time. This is just a little constructive feedback though, our stay was amazing!

Perfect location with a great view, comfortable beds, plenty of space, big bathroom. Overall excellent!

The breakfast was below average ; the staff don't allow you to touch the coffee machine; which in other hotels is at your service There is 2 small bars of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo/ shower gel The bathroom could do with some maintenance

The owner needs to spend a week living there, small thing that could give great value were missing,. Bathroom, when brushing your teeth or shaving, no place to set anything. Lighting, at night it is very dark, no small light for getting up during the night! Breakfast, really a low point, you got the same boring thing daily, the poor staff had to run up and down steps to deliver trays and drinks, must have the strongest legs in the area!

The physical plant was good, room was big, bathroom was good ! Parking and location were great.

Breakfest was ok, but just second morning we understood to ask cheese/salami place and bread. Service was slow, so buffet breakfest would be easier and better.

The breakfast that was included was very good. I only know a few words of Italian, and the staff was very friendly and helped me in English. Room was quite clean.

Weird hotel. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen you can't even buy coffee. There is only one vending machine, it's like a hotel next to the highway, stay the night, have a simple breakfast and hit the road.

The location is good, very close to Montepulciano. The garden is very beautiful and full of trees. Rooms are comfortable and clean

Would have been better if check in was earlier than 3pm. Also breakfast was limited with it being delivered on a tray rather than a traditional buffet. Boiled eggs and fresh fruit were missed by us. Room was a good size with out side space. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room were not available.

Good location just out of town with lots of parking. A 10 minute drive into town which is fine. Wonderful views and nice grounds to relax in.

The location is beautiful and within easy reach of the sites by car. The room was spacious, comfortable. I read some reviews about walls being thin but I take ear plugs with me so my sleep was perfect. Breakfast was fine. Traditional Italian style.
