    Miserable breakfast lady

The only gripe myself and our friends had was the lady who ran the breakfast room, she was very abrupt with people and not welcoming at all, she looked so fed up and the only time she spoke was when we left. Missed not having a kettle in the room but apart from that we loved our spacious room and bathroom and the beds were very comfy! Excellent location near Spanish steps and trevi fountain

We weren’t informed that you infact check in across the road at a neighbouring hotel so that was quite confusing even though that was something that could have easily been communicated to us prior to our arrival. People were quite loud outside of our room in the early morning around 7am, however I do understand that this is out of control of the hotel itself. There was no kettle and tea and coffee facilities supplied.

The location is perfect, a large array of restaurants, shopping and public transport access surrounding the hotel. The breakfast is good for a continental breakfast, suitable range of choices for such a small hotel. Bathroom was quite large, shower was very good once you worked out how to turn it out (there was three taps and no label explaining what each was for). The room was a reasonable size and beds were relatively comfortable.

The hotel is in perfect location in the nicer parts of Rome city centre. Perfect for those who love sightseeing, the hotel is close distance to all tourist attractions. The staff speak good English and it was easy to communicate, very helpful too. Our room was immaculate and furnished modern. I definitely would stay again,if I plan to visit Rome again.

First of all, the fact that i had to change room, because of a highly bad smell caused by the bathroom. Secondly, when i gave the key cards to the receptionist, he said me that i'm obligated to pay an extra tax per person (city tax), with totally cost about 24€ for each room (total stays 3 nights). I believe that this extra cost, should have been written MORE CLEARLY by "booking.com", the platform that i booked this hotel.

    Excellent location, nice breakfast!

Was in room 501 under where breakfast was held and the girl made a racket from about 6am, also wifi was terrible in that room, empty glasses were not changed daily, in fact they were left the whole duration of our stay (4) days. Shower screen was falling apart and very hard to adjust temp. I had booked the same hotel to return to but cancelled and found somewhere else and $100 cheaper for a 2 night stay.

Our only very slight disappointment (not enough to lower our rating) was the erratic wifi service. It disconnected frequently and was sometimes difficult to get back into the system.

The Pincio is a lovely small hotel a 5 to 10-minute walk to the Spanish Steps, depending on whether or not you linger at the enticing shop windows along the way. Piazza Barberini and its metro stop are a 5-minute walk in the other direction, and another 5 minutes to Trevi Fountain. Our 3-person room was cozy but well-furnished, with enough room for our family of three. The hotel's public areas were stylish and immaculate, as was the enclosed rooftop terrace and its balcony, which offered an ample, delicious breakfast and terrific views of Rome. The hotel staff was always cheerful and helpful.

The breakfast did not have a real variety but it is ok you won't leave hungry. The coffee is quite bad. In Italy, you can not have a bad cappuccino or latte so I hope they do Sth about it.

The room was really nice and clean. The bed is comfy. It was big enough and the hotel is quite new. Wifi was good as well and fast. Also, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great as well, you are just a minute away from the Piazza d'espagna and del corso. I would definitely recommend the place to my friends. I am not really sure about the AC as I did not need it. It was winter time so the room was warm enough for me.
