Location was great and staff were really lovely. A very enjoyable stay - cheap and cheerful 🥰

The air conditioning barely worked - our room was very hot. We slept with the window open but that wasn’t really a help as it was hot outside even at 3am!

Elevator problem not so clean

Got the smallest room next to the hotel wc and cleaning stuff. noise at 6am. "made up as hotel room" behind reception

the room was close to a huge motor (possibly firced air) and not acoustically isolated. This negatively affected the sleep.

Unfriendly staff and English poor, aircon not working well, no place for soap in shower.

This was a 2nd stay at this property - stayed here 45 years ago....not a lot had changed. The property had gained some vintage charm...but was somewhat what we expected. The breakfast staff were welcoming.

There is an access issue when entering from via Calabria if you have modified mobility ...there is a chair lift but not the most ideal solution.....perhaps a hand rail in the middle of the steps leading to reception???

Amazing hotel, staff, location, comfy beds, clean towels everyday, couldn’t complain about anything!!

Super tiny shower and the whole bathroom was extremely small. Plenty to choose for breakfast although the quality isn't great.

We didn't have breakfast during our stay. Location is one of the best if you want to visit the main attractions in center such as Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Pantheon, Fontana Di Trevi, Villa Borghese etc

Facilities old and hotel needs renovation. Cleanliness must be improved big time. Floor carpet as for instance was too old and dirty. Or shower head holder didn't work, as it was sliding loose along the bar, So you had to hold the shower head by one hand. When arrived the sink was plugged, but it was immediately fixed upon our request

Not giving a feeling of being clean and fresh. The carpet was terrible

Nothing hotel was poor and i would suggest this is put as a hostel not a hotel.

There decoration was dirty and dated needs a full redecoration the toilet waste was leaking into the bathroom floor this was fixed within 2 days.

The staff forced me to stay at a far inferior hotel on a tiny bed smaller than a double in a hotel 700 meters away that I had to walk with luggage on rough road surface since staff refused to help. The staff at assaulted me
