Sound proofing of the rooms needs to be better!!!

The individual beds are too narrow and short for a person over 180cm tall and athletic build. However, I saw it is something common in Italy, at other hotels.

Good location, just a few minutes walking to the underground station, with many restaurants and a very practical supermarket nearby. The property is kept clean, our room was very big and quiet. The staff was friendly and they were willing to keep our luggage in a safe place after the checkout, until late in the evening when we had our flight scheduled.

Rooms were a bit small but for a short stay completely tolerable.

It was enjoyable and comfortable stay. We really liked property’s location it was safe to walk at any time of the day and staff was very helpful. Walking distance away from the most popular metro line.

Soundproofing is not perfect. Heard some of the neighbors snoring during nighttime. Had to use earplugs.

Quite place, subway and supermarket are literally in 5 minute walk. Duomo station is in a 15 minutes ride. Eco-friendly concept of the hotel, separated bin for paper and plastic inside room

Little far from Metro

The price for the rooms was good. It was clean as well with good staff.

I would have liked to have a kettle in the room. Since we didn’t opt for breakfast in the hotel, I had to go downstairs every morning to order a coffee.

Decent location, 6-7 minutes to Affori Central metro station which takes you straight to the Duomo in 7-8 stations, without changing the line. The staff were very friendly and polite. Exact value for money.

Slightly dated and situated in the middle of a housing estate.

Room had a kitchenette but no crockery or pots and pans which was weird.. Description says soundproofing at windows- we could hear the football game at the pitch outside very easily

The absolutely worst what can be in hotel - isolation between rooms. You really hear everything what is going next room, up room and on the hall. Our Saturday night was not good and was noisy - there was not any party or something like that, but just you can hear everything. Sunday night was OK (less people in hotel). Also we had a window to the street then you cannot open it for fresh air. The bed was very soft, but this can be personal preference. Empty minibar. A little higher price in relation to the quality.

Good location - close to subway station, very friendly staff, reception 24/7. The room was small, but warm and clean. Shower was also small, but sufficient and clean.

Real close to the train station. About a 7min walk. Staff were phenomenal and even will hold onto your bags after you check out if your flights later in the day.

The walls are very thin, so I heard my neighbour talking on the phone. My room was above the football field and the main street, which got loud at times too- closing the window did not help. Also the pressure from the showerhead was a bit too soft for my long hair, but since I didn’t signal it it was okay enough.

Very satisfied: room with single bed was small, but very comfortable and beautiful! Everything was very clean, staff was always friendly, helpful and smiling- absolute win! Food was delicious, breakfast buffet lovely!

Well, as most hotels is the sound from other rooms and common areas. To be fair on the hotel management, they did take extra steps and the rooms are covered with a sound proofing material, a small tip, try not to take the room close to elevator.

The breakfast was satisfying and it covers all kind of taste both savoury or the sweet tooth. For us the most thing that hit us in a positive way was the staff. They are very frienly, warm and willing to help out. Just to mention, my partner and I had both an early flight at different times and when I say early, I mean early....mine was at 0400. As we had paid for the breakfast we asked if they could prepare a take away box. They gave as a box each which was more than good to say the least. The location is very good connected with the metro line and close to a huge supermarket and a nice pizzeria. I am quite sure we would stay there again

Nothing. Thought the whole hotel, especially the staff, were exceptional.

I liked the room! Initially I was in a single room which faces the football court and busy road, I asked to be moved to a quieter room and the front desk were very helpful! The room they moved me to, was bigger and quieter and excellent value for money.

You can hear your neighbors talking... the rooms are not really soundproof. The only reserve for this great hotel.

The staff is very welcoming and was nice throughout the stay. The hotel room was super clean! For a hotel that seems a bit old, it is very appreciable that is remains very clean. The center of the city is easily reachable by metro.
