Great option to discover Baggi de Lucca and to go to the Garfagnana area. The personal is very kind, the place is lovely, and you can use the swimming pool in the Regina Hotel, no so far away. Very quiet and clean. Recommendable absolutely.

Bathroom, particularly the bath could have been a lot cleaner. Heavily stained water marks, lets itself down unecessary. I would still stay again the postives still make up for this oversight.

Location was not in the main part of town. This was a good location, little quieter and had an amazing view over the river. Great welcome and friendly manner. Around 10mkns walk into main town. Room a very good size and has lovely terrace overlooking river for breakfast which was pretty good selection of traditional italian cake, excellent cappuccino!

Great value for money. Exactly what I expected. The hotel has a lovely terraced garden overlooking the river. Breakfast was very nice and the homemade strawberry jam and fresh ricotta-to die for. The manager was very kind and helpful. My room had those fabulous old Lucca tiles and overlooked the river and the Casino on the other bank. It doesn't pretend to be anything more than it is- shabby chic, squeaky clean, and comfortable.
