To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Close to metro and easy walk to the Doumo. Plenty to look and see on the way. You don't need metro. Good restaurants close by in Port Venezia

SpainIf I wanted to be very picky, I would change the hairdryer. Also for two people, two bottles of water as a courtesy, instead of one (since we were two people) , for coffee-tea use etc. would be appreciated.
The location of the hotel is really good, close to a main avenue full of shops, cafes and restaurants. Downtown is 30 min walk and less than 10 mins via metro (available metro stops close to 5 mins). Beds were comfortable.
