With good weather you can use the garden. But weather was mixed.

Extremely kind and welcoming at reception. Clear with direction for parking and driving. Kind to arrange dinner reservation neatby. Highly recommended.

2 inconsiderate guests arrived after midnight. One VERY loud, slamming door, moving furniture after 12PM. Another was smoking in courtyard right under our open window. Bad manners not the fault of hotel or management.

Near major dites on Wednesday side of Ravenna. Several delicious restaurants nearby.

This place was exceptional. Loved its closeness to shops and restaurants. lol ced the friendliness of the staff and the rooms were gorgeous.

A very attractive, comfortable hotel, in a good location. The garden was very pleasant to sit in. The public areas were very attractive. There was a lift. The breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Parking was not possible near the hotel, because very narrow streets were only for locals and permitted cars. Publick parking lot was 300-metres from the hotel.

Location was great. Little walking distance from old town center. The hotel itself was beauty old building, nicely decorated and the staff was best ever!

Only nag was our room facing the relatively narrow street. As we prefer to sleep with open windows instead of having the aircon turned on, we were bothered by some noise, e.g. the car cleaning the street early in the morning.

It is a very charming hotel, with nice big rooms and a wonderful garden. Staff was warmhearted and helpful.

There was only one pack of small shampoo, which was not even enough for a single shower. I am pretty sure they will give you more if you ask, but I realized I don't have shampoo in the middle of the shower the following day.

It is located at the center of the town, and the staffs were super friendly and helpful.

Our stay was wonderful. Staff very helpful and upgraded our room with a garden view as well. Also very helpful in arranging taxis to and from the cruise terminal. Thank you so much!!

The location was perfect for us, easy walk from the train station. Also a very short walk from the hotel to the Basilica di San Vitale. Lovely breakfast with Gluten free options .

Cover on bed could be cleaner but OK overall. Breakfast didn't have many options for vegans, and coffee was slightly disappointing. Water in the fridge was not complimentary and ended up paying 6 euros for 3 small bottles.

Great location and good size room. There was a fridge and a safe in the room. The toilet was clean. Beds are OK.

My single room was in the attic, with an ineffective A/C machine. It was well into the 30s outside, so the nights were very hot and my sleep was not great. I should have asked if they had a fan — this is my oversight. And I imagine other rooms on lower floors were much more comfortable. I would definitely go back but would ask for a room not up under the roof.

Hotel S. Andrea is a stone’s throw from the ticket office for UNESCO sites and from S. Vitale itself. This was chance or luck for me, and I appreciated it. This is a charming boutique hotel with very friendly staff. I felt cared for.

Everything was great. I wish we'd had more time to enjoy the gardens and our private terrace.

The hostess Michaela was so helpful, staying late to check us in when our bus arrived late and calling a taxi to pick us up at the bus stop. She was so patient with me on the phone since I had no idea where we were. And she arranged our taxi service to the port for our cruise the next day. She made good suggestions for meals and shopping too. I also loved that the hotel was small and charming and we had a private balcony.

Clean and decent room, the location of the hotel is directly in Ravenna city center, breakfast is nice, coffee is excellent and the staff at the reception, especially Pietro, is very helpful.
