Everything was great. The only thing that was a bit odd was steps down in our room , which we always kind of forgot about, and nearly fell into the room each time!

We loved the fact it was a very central location and the staff on check-in was super friendly and helpful. You felt nothing was too much trouble and it was a lovely touch to offer a welcome drink although we didn’t take that- we forgot

Myself and a friend stayed here as we were running the Rome marathon . Everything about the stay was excellent especially the staff. The girls in reception were so helpful and friendly. Location was perfect in terms of being near everything and the start line on the morning of the race . Could not recommend this hotel highly enough ! It was a great place to stay !

Being in the centre of the city in a main tourist area does mean that it’s quite loud at night. The breakfast wasn’t great either I’m afraid.

The location of this hotel is great, the room we had was incredible - extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and full of character with great views. The staff were happy, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Cocktails in the evenings were really good!

Everything. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had. They also upgraded our room which gave us a view of the piazza and Pantheon which was idyllic. Most nights we had the window open listening to the crowds and local street performers playing violin, piano or guitar. We plan to go back and we would definitely pay for this room. They also provided a small birthday cake which was very kind as well as fresh sweet treat biscuits each day. The location is phenomenal, walking out to see the pantheon each morning was amazing. We walked everything we wanted to see in the city, with the furthest main attractions being no more than 30 minutes walk away. If you enjoy walking cities to appreciate all of the architecture and culture then this is a perfectly placed basecamp.

Intimate property, well-appointed rooms. Ours had a lovely view of the Pantheon and the piazza. Our room was lovely but on the small side. The last night we moved to a suite with same view, and it was fabulous! Separate seating area, and they delivered champagne on our arrival. Nice touch.

Our room was located right next to the room where the cleaners had their equipment which made that in the mornings it could get quite loud.

The location is superb. Bed was super comfortable. Smart tv with an easy connection to Netflix,Disney… Super kind people.

We ordered the junior suite. At first we got a duplex with lots of stairs. Since I have a bad knee I asked for a room with no stairs. I was told that the only other junior suite was taken until tomorrow and I asked to move their the next day. The staff was very nice and moved our luggage to the new room which more suited our needs. However, the shower had a really strong smell of sewerage coming out of it especially after we used it. We complained at the front desk and they cleaned the room but after half a day the smell continued. This really ruined the whole stay at what could have been a perfect hotel
