We visited in connection with a trade conference at the Palacongressi that started early. This meant that breakfast wasn't possible as it opened after we had to leave for the show in the mornings.

The location was superb (like 250m from the entrances to the beaches). The hotel has a partner-beach provider, so getting a spot at the beach was very easy (cost us 20 euro for 1 day ). The amazing breakfast with dozens of options for everyone, but be wary that you have to ask the staff for getting your food and drinks (no self-service).

The entrance fee for the spa area is very expensive , just for two hours for a family with one child it would have costed us €100 so unfortunately we skipped the spa.. Also the airconditioning in the room was very noisy and made is hard to sleep well.

Very friendly staff, always with a nice smile for serving the breakfast. Also the thema with the animal-headed personas was cool.

The buffet isn’t self-service, you have to ask the staff each time for another helping. Ostensibly, this is to avoid wastage, but it becomes irksome. The price of late checkout quoted to me upon arrival had inexplicably and substantially gone up by the time I left, as two witnesses later confirmed. I would ask for this quote in writing next time to avoid any confusion later on.

Quick, easy check-in with friendly, efficient staff. Pleasant 10-12 minute walk from/to train station and 17 minute walk to old town. Beaches & sea 50m away (although tourist season was definitely winding down). Although I did not avail myself of the services, there are spa facilities for those seeking complete relaxation. Great bed for a good night's sleep. Will absolutely stay at the Sovrana Hotel on my next visit to Rimini.

Loved the art deco pictures of Rimini etc, not so sure of the pictures in restaurant .

We liked the busy staff , and location. A great selection for breakfast , they have an assisted buffet, which avoids the dreadful waste in many hotels. If you are hungry , just ask for more. Good coffee. Rooms clean and all worked well and they have the room key card system shut off to save electricity. About 30 walk to rail station for us slower types, 10 mins by bus. 5 mins walk to main boulevard of shops and resturants, 10 mins to beach.

The rooms are a little on the small side and I find there are far too many slamming doors and moving furniture in the morning. Maybe it's the guests or the cleaning staff, I don't know, but that's the only negative. The establishment's mascot dog is very handsome and you (almost) won't hear him.

Well kept hotel and very well placed to enjoy Rimini. The price of the room was decent and the hotel was satisfactory overall.

The breakfast was very dissatisfying. We were expecting better breakfast based on current reviews. We were left only to have cereal as our only real choice. The fried eggs were inedible. Akin to rubbee. Cakes were below par.. coffee as mentioned was very good.

- Look above-> breakfast, the breakfast staff seemed a little annoyed too - There is another dog at the reception. can be a little difficult when travelling with a dog - Expensive when travelling with a dog - 20 €/day. (mostly we pay 5-15 €) - The Spa is not free- I expect a Spa to be free (as it mostly is) to use if you call your Hotel name "Spa" - Expensive car park. So we just parked around the block

Room and especially bathroom are rather outdated. Very small balcony where two people can hardly fit in. Poor sound isolation, you hear the bathroom from the next room.

Helpful staff at breakfast buffet, trying to comply with Covid restrictions and serve guests rapidly. Nice small yard next to the lobby area.

Very clean and comfortable, location was perfect, staff were lovely, but of a language barrier at breakfast when I asked for tea and got offered cheese , but it was it gave me a laugh , breakfast was excellent and an older attractive lady with short hair who I think was the owner was so nice and pleasant , definitely would stay again

When we came home at night the door was closed so we had to knock on the glass door so we could get in somehow. the receptionist came and look like an angry parent when you’re 15 years old and come home late from a party.. :) but it’s just funny

We arrived earlier and you get your room around 15:00, but we could leave our bags at the reception. Excellent breakfast with very kind staff people. There are even different varieties of food for dogs :) Nice place to stay with dogs too, you can even meet a akita at the reception. The room is cosy, elegant and gets cleaned every day. Comes with a balcony with a table and a chair, we enjoyed sitting there a lot. The bathroom includes towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, everything you need. The location is great too, 50 m from the restaurants and shops and 200 m from the sea. Close to the bus station, from where you can get to San Marino and close to the railway station too. Reception and bar open 0-24 so we didn’t have a problem to check out early in the morning.

Unfortunately, my room was unfortunately minuscule, for the price I paid I can't say I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was Also not exactly comfortable. As a side note: for a hotel that literally has "SPA" in its name, I'd have expected the basic SPA services to be included... but no, you need to pay extra for every single half hour or so you want to be in it.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty varied. The reception area was aesthetically pleasing. The dog was very cute.
