There was a musty smell in Room 1 we could not get rid of. I suspected it's the blanket, but wasn't too eager to investigate closely. Can't get coffee if you don't reserve breakfast. Sergio did let us know that breakfast needs to be pre-booked, but I thought at least coffee would be readily available. Small trouble though, in Italy there's always a good coffee shop nearby. Shower cabin is on the tighter side, but to be fair that's the norm in Italy.

Hotel is at a good location, close to all transport options, and not too far from the city center to walk. Large enough room, good facilities, nicely equipped bathroom with a hair dryer and a bidet. Curtains seal out the light well. RIght next to the hotel is restaurant Elettra, great place for lunch/dinner; and a coffee shop offering panini and sweets that opens early, in case you don't use the breakfast option at the hotel. Sergio was a good host.

As other reviews say, the rooms and the entire hotel do get quite warm. This can be mitigated by cracking the window open to air out the room or running the AC. Walls are also very thin. Bring earplugs just in case.

The hotel is very easy to find and convenient to walk to the Colosseo. Access to Termini for public transit is very convenient as well. Lots of decent food options within a few minutes walking distance around the station, and better if you walk a little further. The staff are very friendly.

The location is two blocks from Roma terminal, centrally located to numerous restaurants and shopping. You can actually walk to the coliseum its about 15 minutes walk. It is a smaller hotel but with the perks of the area made up for it.

Though the hotel is clean, there was a smell of some really strong body odor at the entrance and some corners of our room. The smell barely dissipated in the 24hrs we stayed there. So, we held our breath entering and exiting the room.

The hotel is centrally located and has all the basics you would need for a night or two in Rome. The room was large enough and clean. There was hot water, a bidet and toiletries. The best part was the staff: Sergio was very helpful and accommodating, which made our stay comfortable and easy.

Despite the great location near hop-on hop-off station, train station, shuttle bus station the security of that particular area wasn t the best you can find in Rome.No incidents but don t recommend a walk after dark.

Room was small. Toilet seat would not stay up. Sink stopper would not come back up after we washed clothes in the sink, but management fixed it the next day.

Location was somewhat convenient. Bed was comfortable. Desk personnel were pleasant. Restaurant on ground floor is good.
