The room decoration felt a bit dated. Toilet paper rolls were not replenished, so we had to ask for more.

The hotel is located near the main attractions. We were able to move mostly on foot. There's a taxi stop right in front of the hotel, which was really helpful when going back to the airport. The staff was also always helpful and polite. Breakfast is good, with a number of different options.

The shower didn’t work , we had to hold the hand shower to wash , It also leaked all over the floor . There was no shutter on our window. ( not a big problem as the curtains were good black outs ) Making the outside space more attractive would be a plus.

We had a tiny leak under our toilet but it wasn't bothersome and only clean water. For the rest it was a fantastic stay and we'd be happy to come back.

Great location, helpful instructions for parking our car, clean, and easy access. Great breakfast with a great assortment of choices. Clean room and super comfortable bed. Doorman opened up for us late at night after we went out. Great feeling that the door gets locked at night.

Breakfast is a typical Italian style. Mainly, sweeties. No any Mediterranean specials like, some vegetables, tomatoes, green-red pepper, cucumber, Olive etc.. Cooked eggs are served cold!

The staff of the reseption. Bored and rude. Old fashioned furniture and bathroom. Very poor lighting in the bathroom and the room itself.

A big minus in terms of cleanliness, a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. Also the cleaning ladies were very noisy and the rooms are not well insulated.

Old, old carpet. The interior of the room could use a little updating, however you can tell the bathroom has been refurbished. It was very very warm, had to open a window to cool down during the night. The pillows weren't that great either, a bit stiff whether you're laying on your back or side.

Right in the middle of everything, ideal location for those wanting to be in city center and walk to all the main attractions. Parking garage is a 3 min walk.

Bologna is surprising.Central hotel, close to the Central Station and the center. Comfortable beds, poor breakfast, unfriendly staff.A beautiful view from the 3rd floor, street music can be heard very well and if you close the window :)
