The bed was worn, two significant dents on each side where people sleep. The mattress needed replacing, it wasn't that comfortable.

Rooms close to each other so you can hear others coming and leaving easily.

The reception was poor. We heard furniture moving noises until late evening and also early morning, although we had our room on the 4th floor. The service on the breakfast was slow we were kind of in the hurry, 10-15min we didn’t get coffee.

Easy to access it, free parking area. Breakfast selection was good.

We requested two single beds and we received one double bed. The room was very hot even if we turned off the heat.

Staff was very friendly especially at the bouffet and the bar. Brilliant coffee at the morning bouffet. Good location close to highway. Parking.

we both received a number of bites probably bed bugs. The bar area in the foyer wasn't a great idea and never seemed to be open.

The a.c. did not work.

I had no issues at all with the hotel

It had ample parking. The room was somewhat small but was clean and had a fridge, working WiFi, working a/c., and the rate was very reasonable. The breakfast was outstanding!

The bed was too soft - especially for a person like me with a back issue. Could be a bit firmer and, if possible, a choice can be given.

We checked in late - around 2 am and the checkin was smooth. In fact we booked just an hour earlier on the go from the car. The receptionist was very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. So all in all, it was good value for money - especially after a disaster two days ago in Venice.

I can live with the small room, but it's old and poorly maintained. IMO not a four-star hotel. Air con struggling to keep this small room cool! I resent paying 3.50 euro city tax for four-star when it clearly isn't. The restaurant was closed for the duration of the holidays!

Very good breakfast with attentive staff topping up buffet constantly. Good choice of dishes. Nice coffee from machines. Very nice staff, happy and courteous. The staff are 4 star the hotel isn't.

Overall, we have not much to complain about, but we would have liked to have had charging facilities on both sides of the bed.

Easy access hotel with free parking space nearby Parma central. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was available from 7 to 10 serving for example fresh fruits, coffee, some bread and sweet pies.

The area itself is quite cut-off, and if you are travelling by public transport it is not ideal especially in the heat. However, with a rental car it would be great. The AC in the rooms was not great and we were in the middle of a heatwave, so it wasn't the most comfortable.

The hotel is well-kept and surrounded by greenery, and there is a lounge area outside which is pleasant in the evenings. The reception staff were very polite and helpful, and were very kind to help us book a taxi late at night at short notice. Breakfast was good, there was a selection of cold cuts and cheeses as well as yogurts, fruits and cereals. It was plentiful and constantly being restocked, and we enjoyed it very much. The rooms themselves were clean, and the housekeeping staff washed the floor every day which was great.

Overall cleanliness was a little underwhelming. Also there was an additional tax which was not included in the quote from Bookings.com. Not sure why the Hotel is marked as a 4-star as it is really not - this information is quite misleading.

We had the room 114 close to the staff storage. At 7.25 am started a very noisy situation which went on all the morning.
