I had two nights, Saturday night was crowded and the SPA was very busy so it was not easy to enjoy it as the other days especially the swimming pool size is not that big. Most of stuff and 2 Ladies at the reception were really friendly and helpful. though one guy seemed to have a Raugh day so was not as friendly as others.

The location is good 1:15 hours away from Venice and less than one hour from Sirmione, so a great choice if you have plans to visit many places and need clean comfy place to rest. The decoration was very authentic. Breakfast was great with many options and everything was fresh! The SPA area is nice , swimming pool with Sauna and Steam.

The elevator/ lift had some issues.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and warm. I liked the bathroom. The food was delicious and the breakfast was abundant, with a variety. The distance to places of interest was appreciated. Great value for money.

This hotel is not a 4 star, at least by my standards. The shower door was terrible, water all over the floor. No conditioner for hair just a combined shampoo and body gel...take your own conditioner, I wish I had. 3 adults in the room and only one shower cap, only 2 pairs of slippers. Paper cups in the bathroom...not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. The mini bar wasnt refilled. If they want to be a real 4 star they need to pay more attention to detail .

The hotel was clean. Plenty of hot water. Good internet connection. Breakfast ok. Free parking on site.

The bedroom had a sloping roof which meant we could only use half the room. My husband is 6ft 2” and I am 5ft 7”. The pool was taken over by a rather rowdy male work group so was a no go area.

The welcome on arrival could have been more considerate, reception assistant was visibly perplexed when we asked if we could access our room earlier and didn't really offer much direction on where to wait/sit/get comfortable/get a drink whilst rooms were being turned over - so we had to explore for ourselves and subsequently found a lovely bar/cafe with friendly staff.

We stopped in this hotel as an overnight before our flight back to the UK. In general it was a nice hotel, good location and facilities were satisfactory as advertised. Due to our travel schedule we arrived very early and had to wait for the room given a 2pm check in, but were given access an hour before - this was helpful as we were travelling with an child. We found a lovely little bar/cafe a short walk from the hotel for refreshments and snacks throughout the day which gave us a change of scene. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection fresh and baked produce.
