Very small room even for one person. The hotel is quite old. Breakfast is very limited. The price for such a room is incredibly high.

The only advantage is the location

Very old hotel, old furniture, wall not very clear, old furniture! In description they had coffee machines, in reality no coffee machines at all in our room.

Location was perfect! It is a nice and safe place even if you arrive late! Also you have place were to eat around the hotel! Good breakfast!

Could hear people in other rooms talking and using the bathroom. AC wasn’t working during our stay. Front desk said that this is regulation.

Only 1 thing and it didn't change our experience and our appreciation for the hard working people of this hotel. The hair dryer was falling apart literally in my hands.

The staff is great! Very knowledgeable and helpful, responsive to all requests and concerns. Absolutely amazing team. We liked our breakfast too with variety of food and drinks. Nice and pleasant experience. It will only take you 10-15 minutes by bus to get to Milano Duomo or you can walk to for about 35-40 minutes. We took a tram from Milano Centrale to the hotel, and it wasn't bad only 30 min. Also, there are some stores in that area and a big mall close by.

Extremely small room. We stayed here 3 nights, there really is no place to put your suitcase (we had 2 carry-ons, 2 small backpacks) Would not stay in this size of a room again and would ask if they had something larger. It was a room with one queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom, one desk and wardrobe. Not large enough to use the suitcase stand provided as the space between the bed and wall, wardrobe, and desk not wide enough to use... would stay again if they had a larger room.

The hotel is historic, has a nice atmosphere, the location is good and the staff is quite friendly and helpful.

The shower was a bit funky. Some inox bulky shower which for me was to low - this should be changed. Anyway it was clean but could use an update.

The hotel is old Italian style which makes it ornate but not in a tacky way. Warm people that work hard and always friendly. Breakfast had a good choice. A good family hotel in a good location close to transport to city center.

Same as above, also room was not spotless. Our headboard had dust on the top that I could swipe through with my finger. Also the towel heater in the bathroom was not operable.

Once there the front desk staff were fine. However, as we tried to sort out our 2 reservations, a long distance call from our home in Florida, was met with "we don't do that here, you must contact the booking company". That company was located in Amsterdam, if I'm not mistaken. So we were met with rudness at the hotel and no help from the "booking company". When our friends arrived early, as I'd notitied the hotel via e-mail and text msgs, they were greated with "you do not have a reservation with us." Fortunately we'd provided our friends with their reservation information. But what a let down after 20 plus hours of travel.

Room is small. I recommend removing the huge armoir in the room as it takes up too much floor space needed for luggage. Not enough floor space. I think most travelers leave their clothes in their luggage.
