Just a top sheet was provided I think since it was summer, I got cold at night and like the weight of a blanket so would have preferred to have that.

The host was very friendly and helped provide clear directions upon checkin - you need to advise your approximate time of arrival since there is not someone present at all times. A list of breakfast options provided, we had to leave very early so were able to get pre-made ham and cheese sandwiches the night before. Room was spacious. AC and WiFi worked well. Hot water in the shower plus shampoo and soap provided. Easy to street park around the property. Fridge provided in room and communal microwave and coffee machine available.

It's a small place, but cosy and stylish, nice fragrance in the common area, coffee and tea are available, very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast is served in a room. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant.

The employee that prepares the breakfast each morning is being very load, making all kinds of noises starting at 6-7AM, making it difficult to sleep after he starts. It would be great if he respected the guests more by trying to be a bit more quiet :)

Everything was absolutely perfect! Even though the check-in was until 7 PM, Claudia kindly waited for us until we arrived around 9 PM and provided us with all the necessary information. The room was very clean, and the daily cleaning service was impeccable. Breakfast served in the room was the cherry on top! The location is perfect, in a very quiet neighborhood. The Lepanto metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, but thanks to the great location, we didn’t even need to use the metro. Within a 25-minute walk, you can reach the Vatican, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. There’s also a supermarket just around the corner — very convenient! We warmly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return here for our future trips to Rome. Claudia and Gordon, thank you so much for everything!

The room was great,big enough to accommodate 3 people. Gordon was really helpful and nice. The location is really close to metro station. Piazza del Popolo at about 5 mins walking distance. You can easily take a walk to Fontana di Trevi by walking on Via del Corso which is really close. Very good breakfast included

Gordon was the perfect host, very kind and even making us sandwiches for our morning breakfast. Our room was quiet and comfortable, traditional Italian decor felt like we were back at our grandparents home. One block away from the red line Metro A, the whole city was accessible. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and we were still able to walk everywhere.

It had everything we needed. Loved that there was a water dispenser, coffee maker, tea station and microwave for us to use which made our stay that much more convenient. They serve breakfast in your room, adding to the charm of B&B. Claudia our host was warm and welcoming, easy to communicate and explained everything is detail. She helped prepare our breakfast the night we arrived since we had an early start the next day. Props to the guy who prepared the breakfast (did not catch his name). The rooms are clean and comfortable too!

The room is advertised with a river and a city view. There was a small slice of ‘river view’ over the balcony and through a parking lot, maybe 10 degrees; you can barely distinguish it; and there is no horizon-wide city view of Rome - just the backs of other apartments and parking lots. Our room was small, with no chest of drawers or closet (instead, narrow shelving and hanging space with too few hangars), and little space for storing luggage. Floors were marble, not the advertised wood (tho not a problem for us, it was not too slippery). The front and back of the door to the bathroom is rather grubby and in need of a good clean. Given the location, great service, and (for Italy) good breakfast, it was OK value for money, tho nicer accommodation with better views might be found nearby.

The location is good: a few minutes’ walk from a Metro station and Vatican City. The neighborhood is pleasant and relatively quiet for an urban area, with small cooked food/grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes and a Cinema nearby. Staff were exceptional. Gordon, our on-site host was warm, friendly and very helpful. He provided a detailed orientation to the facilities. Claudia, our main booking contact, was also very helpful, patient, and helped us book taxis to and from the airport. The room was cleaned and towels refreshed every day. Breakfast was delivered to our room on a small trolley. Wifi and internet access was good; there’s small library of (mostly Italian) books to borrow during your stay. Our room had a small balcony.
