The owner gave us a personal tour of the property, lovely lady and a great welcome. We left too early to have the breakfast which was a shame. Fab location. Super spacious having our own kitchen area, dining and enough room for suitcases on the floor in the bedroom. Bed comfy too. Wish we could have stayed a few more nights to enjoy the terrace.

WiFi is okay. Good enough for texting but not much beyond that. Fridge doesn’t keep anything cold either. Please see the photos. There is this very strange “art piece” chosen for the room. This was unsettling and just a very poor choice. Please consider removing this, it is VERY creepy. I’m sure the intentions are good, but this was a bad choice on artwork.

Excellent location, bed is comfortable, staff and host are very nice. Room is cleaned daily and towels are changed which is a plus. Terrace is very nice, and bathroom was great. Even though it’s a B&B, you don’t hear your neighbors which is great as long as they’re not yelling. There is parking, and it was extremely convenient especially in Palermo.

2 or 3 nights is a good time to stay.

What a gem of a place to stay. Great location. Really nice people managing it. I definitely recommend it if traveling to Palermo.

Beautiful converted property at the edge of the historical centre. The gardens nearby were a peaceful haven. The balcony to the room was a lovely bonus. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff left a lovely note and mini bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent and Dante was very helpful and ordered us a taxi for our checkout. The lift was a bonus for luggage.

Nothing to fault

A lovely small hotel extremely clean and well decorated throughout with a good breakfast served on the terrace. All the reception staff were warm,welcoming and extremely knowledgeable providing information and help. The hotel is ideally situated with lots of historical sites within easy walking distance.

Nothing to dislike, stay was exactly what we wanted

Gorgeous place to stay, feels more like private apartments, we were so surprised how quiet and peaceful even on the roof top terrace when it’s such a perfect location right next to the beautiful view of the bridge leading onto the Main Street. The staff were spot on and everywhere was so clean, one of best places we’ve stayed for the price too. Definitely only staying here next time we visit Palermo.

Excellent value little hotel, right next to the New Gate. Just a couple of minutes walk away from the Cathedral. The staff are attentive and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Parking is a bit far away but then I imagine not every guest has a car so maybe not an issue for most

Breakfast was great and personalised to our tastes by the excellent staff. We also ate on the balcony with a fabulous view over Palermo. Staff was also very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out so that we could do some additional sight seeing

Space for parking would be appreciated.

Great location to explore the historic and central facets of Palermo. Staff was charming and helpful with recommendations. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with decoration that gave it a unique feel.

Nothing, it the opposite of a mass produced clinical hotel property, and this I loved.

The property is an old and beautifully kept, with everything you need, also most unusual and delightful. Dante looked after all our needs.

Breakfast wasn’t fabulous but absolutely fine. Limited parking at I Mori, best pre book it if you’re driving as only 3 spaces.

The hotel is in a great location with restaurants and bars in walking distance and also easily accessible by train from the airport. The room was immaculate and the terrace was a perfect place for a drink at the end of the day!

Dante was wonderful. Very nice breakfast. Gorgeous terrace. Great location. Couldn’t fault it!

Elevator only accomodated one person at a time. Still have to climb a flight of stairs for the breakfast terrace. Beds could be firmer but were not bad. Airconditioner in room was not effective even though temperature is lowered. Smell of cat pee on entering the hotel front door.

Central but at the same time a tranquil location. Exceptional breakfast terrace. Fresh ingredients offered for breakfast. Coffee could be much better though.

The location was stunning and convenient. Our terrace had the best view of Porta Nuova. Room were clean, modern and cool. Breakfast was wonderful on the rooftop The staff was so helpful with bags and breakfast service. Loredana was such a warm and welcome host. She made us feel at home and was so helpful with car services and restaurant recommendations

The mattress… horrible. So hard we both couldn’t sleep well and woke up with pain.

We were warmly greeted by a kind gentleman who appeared to be a jack of all trades and the front desk hostess. Both could not have been kinder. We were early and our room was not ready so we parked and went about our day and when we returned our luggage was delivered to our room. Location was fabulous.
